ty this was fun! i had acupuncture today and it felt like the pain in my hip and leg moved to the head. i liked the written breathing instructions you wrote for the first exercise and making noises was fun on the second one!
Great Video. Dealing with some intense liver/detoxification issues and putting together a daily Qigong routine. Your comprehensive explanation of the entire meridian/organ system + simple exercises really put things in context!!
Had my amalgam fillings removed and looking for ways to help my liver. I'm new to this so thanks for your great explanation. Greetings from England and thank you. 😊
Hi Christine, Did you have any symptoms of mercury poisoning or are you allergic to mercury? Additionally, do you have Liver problems? Are you stressed alot? Please email me at tom@qigongoftulsa.com Cheers....
Very nice video. There are foods (organic being best as pesticides/herbicides are toxic to the liver) NAC, alpha lipoid acid, thisilyn etc. all support the most important endogenous (made in the liver) chemical, glutathione. These Qigong exercises are quite beneficial as well. Thank you
Thank you. How many times fo you recommend to do the 1st movement, the stretch? I just got my gallbladder removed and I am feeling more angry and irritable than usual! I am going to focus on gently supporting my liver in the hope that it improves.
Massage your torso sides and outer legs following the gallbladder meridian. Because your gallbladder has been removed, keep in mind that the gallbladder meridians are trying to compensate. This could be including the liver. See a Chinese med. doctor.
Thank you Katie, depending on the response, we might do a more indepth video series for each major organ combining exercises, meditation, acupressure, massage. Cheers, Tom
Additionally, please view the video for abdominal health. Those exercises will help you with the liver and the other organs in that area. The Pelvic Floor muscle exercise is imperative for you to work.
This is awesome, i have this terrible under the right ribsunknown pain by the doctors and undiscovered at ultrasounds which iradiate on the right side felt qnd looks like fadden a bit And the punch YES, i wish i can do this in daily life so relieving Thanks super soul❤
Absolutely!!! In fact, it is imperative that if you don't have your gallbladder, the gallbladder Meridians should be cleared and maintained because they're still trying to function. Blocked meridians will cause pain along their paths.
