I've had to rewatch this several times. Just,,,, somehow this has incited an even more emotional response in me than the movie has because at this point I'm so emotionally invested in this. Deadass my heart was full-on fluttering at some parts cause I was just so taken aback by how amazing Maximillian and Chris are as actors and how tender and soft the scenes were. Seriously, as someone who's taken film production classes, you're really one of the most amazing filmmakers I have ever seen. I could seriously put together an entire essay detailing my love and appreciation for this movie and the production crew as well as how much this entire thing has meant to me. Thank you so much for everything you do!!!

yea when I watched the movie I just thought his hand was laying there weird to make it convenient for nines to hold it. But the fact that gavin moved it so he could is not only fucking adorable, but also makes much more sense! Especially because nines makes it very clear that he wouldn't ignore gavins boundries, and especially not in a vulnerable moment like that.

I remember watching the movie and wondering why Nines was so emotional during the bedroom scene. Then I watched the Q&A and Maximillian said it was the last day of filming and he was struggling not to cry the whole time. Now every time I watch footage of this scene I get it and I want to reach through the screen and give him a big hug.

At 9:21 I thought to myself, "wow, Gavin sounds really stuffy, I wonder why?" Then it hit me that this was one of (if not the) last scene they shot, and Maximilien mentioned them crying a lot while filling this (because of how he had to not cry during this scene and it was hard no to do so). That face alone made that scene 10 times more special to me. Good job with the acting Chris and Maximilien! :D

I like the lines on their own but felt like their placement/delivery was odd with the flow of everything else (they were agreed upon right before we shot but not in the original script). Wish I could have kept "everyone leaves anyway," but "that drug takes people from you" implied Gavin lost people to red ice which kinda isn't the emphasis I wanted to make here. I wanted to focus more on how peoole had chosen to hurt him, soberly.
