The previous two owners treated the Lions as a corporate division of Fords - used to give away tickets to their business associates, suppliers, politicians, friend of friends - never really were football fans. You have to have owners who just love football. Sheila appears as though she does and the players can tell when that's authentic or it's baloney. Cars suck if they aren't being made by people who love cars and same goes for football.
