I can understand the list you have. I wouldn't be upset if the Pistons took any of the players you listed. With this draft the only player expected to go top-2 is Sarr. As of today, Sarr is the only player that would shock me if he's there at #5. Looking at the Pelicans, where Trajan Langdon served as GM, and their affinity for tall lengthy wings I would venture a guess more like this as a draft target list. Risacher, Holland, Buzelis, Williams with the assumption Sarr is off the board. I also expect whomever is drafted to come off the bench their rookie season. Adding shooters around Cade will happen by signing some FA targets or trading with cap strapped team.

I keep hearing people say what you just said. Beef Stew is shooting great from deep, BUT, people still aren't respecting it, so it isn't providing the spacing yet. Wait a minute, how is that considered, "advantage defense" when they are not getting out on a guy who is shooting a good percentage. Isn't that "advantage offense"?? Isn't that what you would prefer to happen, that they don't close out fast enough on our good shooters? Who cares about spacing for 2's if you are getting room to knock down 3's at a good clip. My 2 cents anyway.

I'm right there with you on Risacher and Reed for my Pistons big board. I like Clingan but I'm not sure if I'd take him as much as I'd try and use it to trade back and take someone like Cody Williams.

I would select Dalton Knecht but I believe that Detroit will select Matas Buzelis.

Risarcher, Knect, Salaun or Reed (maybe? undersized will struggle creating off the dribble). In that order.

Reed shepherd is a good pick because on defense he can guard the other teams main ball handler and then they can kinda hide Cade on defense like the Mavs do by having Ausar guard the next best player. On offense Reed can be a good spot up shooter and secondary ball handler.

Zack Eddy, he will put a body on people and eventually give you 20+/12/2. Put Duren at PF, if not then package him in a trade.

No Klingan. He’s not a low post threat. We the Pistons need Zach Edey. Low post threat and defense. Detroit Basketball!!!!! No small ball. Cade is our point swing and Asar is our defensive wing. We don’t have room for all these Centers and wings to even play. And what wing will change the team? None. If we are gonna win it’s Edey with Cade and Ivey. Nothing else makes real sense. You watch much NBL Jack? Any thoughts on Bobi Klintman out of Cairns? Similar archetype to Buzelis and Risacher. Could be value if we trade back

Also Dalton Knect is 6'5 1/4 without shoes. So he's closer to 6'7 with shoes just something to note.

I just want Pistons esc players man. Most of these guys on our roster don't embody Detroit Basketball to me. And to be honest, none of the guys in the top 10 of this draft fit that mold as well. We need to start drafting for identity instead of just raw potential because that's how we got here in the first place. Tyler Smith, Jaylon Tyson, DaRon Holmes II, Tyler Kolek, Tristan DaSilva, and Devin Carter are all Detroit guys imo. You can convince me on Ron Holland but the shooting isn't there and having two non-shooters in Ausar and Holland is asking for a lot UNLESS he spends a lot of time in the G-League perfecting that shot.

Sarr will be gone; I'm hoping at least one of Holland/Sheppard/Risacher is still available.

On point. Clingan still great pick and get wings in agency to lock up center position at all times having a stud on the court for lob threat.
