His frustration over betrayal by congress should be a lesson for kharge. He is kept as a stooge and Scheduled caste shock obsorber. If and when indi wins the polls, Rahul will suddendly surface and kharge will be unceremoniously sidelined with some argument like old age. So Deve gpuda is right in warning kharge. Only fools tread where angels hesitate. If kharge is willing to be bali ka bakra, then, god save him.

He said No to Nuclear test because the economy was in a very bad shape and his first Priority was getting common man Jobs and not test nuclear and get Economic sanctions (H D Deve Gowda's letter to the prime minister about the nuclear tests ) He allowed many power projects and rural electrification when world bank refused to loan India he brought voluntary disclosure scheme and collected huge tax (literally showed middle finger to world bank) He encouraged Telecom IT was given importance The golden qudrilateral idea was his but NDA govt Started this (TSR Subramanian Book talks about this) Brought "CITIZENS CHARTER" to make all public Services Accountable Gave clearance to HAL/NAL to build 70 to 100 Seater Passenger aircraft (to stop billions of dollars going to Airbus and Boeing) and many more which I am lazy to type (if interested please research which I presume you will not get it on internet but in Parliament Lib) This I write for the Hope of truth.
