Aw thanks Molly , Covid has turned the world upside down but it will come back - better than ever ! It has opened our eyes to Zoom lol , I never thought I’d be sitting at my desk teaching riders all around the world

Thanks, this is a subject that coaches often don’t get time to address when your on the horse so it’s great to be able to train the mind before you need it to be confident and bursting with self belief 🥰

Hi Sophie, Fitness is super important so you don't get injuries from fatigue. Lots of pole-work before you start jumping, trotting the vertical exercise ( I have a video on this on my channel), also check out my video on creating a great jumping schooling session and Hillwork Hope that helps, Kirstin
