Interesting, will buy the game and try it, looks very original. One thing I agree with the dev is that to make a game multiplayer isn't that easy. The easiest seems to be adding coop. Adding coop is nice, but the best is to have synergies btw players when they coop, one could heal the other or resurrect a fallen team mate etc. Also I am wondering about security issues if/when devs release a dedicated server tool or network capabilities through peer to peer etc. (so that they don't have to pay for servers).
Great idea. I don't know if it's already in your plans but it'd be nice if each dev had their own 'voice' just so that everyone doesn't sound the same. :)
