random but one thing i realized is theatres back in the day are just like livestreaming of today. people will pay to watch and be entertained but can get chaotic like this
@@mr.banana2370 There was no money to be made from red dead online, the first 2 months averaged about 10k players, after that it barely broke 2k. You can't expect a corporation that needs to appease investors to focus on post development of a game when they have another cow known as GTAV that they can milk for more than 10x the profits red dead online ever could for them. This is not me saying it was bad or didn't have potential, I'm just saying that from the perspective of making money it was a pretty obvious decision.
@@KegWarriorthis is why privately traded companies like valve work better in theory, they don’t have to worry about pleasing their investors (especially if gaben owns half the company)
@@15braincellsremaining It depends on what you mean by work better, work better in the sense of customer service absolutely, but that isn't because of investors that's because they're a third party retailer way before they are a video game developer and customer happiness makes them more money and keeps them in a superior market position than making sure any single game on their service makes a profit.
i love the cheery music, keep in mind, shows like that had actual live pianists, meaning the pianist saw/heared what happened and went: "alright whhats the cheeriest song i can play?“
@@Paztacos Dunno, maybe he just got lucky. But even if the bullet from his assistant’s gun was real, that’s just in the game. The real trick doesn’t work that way.
@@kyototomokui6676 I know how the real trick works, but I just meant in the game. Since he is fully confident in being able to stop a bullet with his teeth even though he doesn't know who you are. And he knows for sure you are not an actor he hired.
@EolosMusic yes because it's the only game that was built right they took a thing called time for the product that is what makes this game a top tier video game for me also hopefully the new Gta 6 will be the same way as well.
0:47 Already by looking at this I can exactly tell you how Benjamin pulled it off, he’d simply put the projectile in his mouth (specifically under his tongue) and hade his assistant fire a blank to give the illusion of a bullet catch.
@@firstnamelastname9237 Well see the way benjamin was implying to the crowd was that the bullet was a real one and since he wasnt a big fan of magic he’d gonna prove how much of a liar benjamin was
@@Nixie_noobionlassie The bullet in *his own gun* was real was it not? So why would it only be real when shot at Benjamin's groin rather than at his face. Benjamin was specifically asking him to use his own gun rather than Benjamins, expecting to be shot in the face. If Benjamin was only relying on the bullet not being real, he was setting himself up to die on purpose.
How the trick works: Magician has his assistant use a blank while the real bullet is in his sleeve. After "catching" the bullet, he slides it into his hand an pretends to pull it out of his teeth. The bullet is one that was shot already to make the trick more convincing.
I love that his voice changes because he was clearly putting on an act. Also, if a magician was actually to do this trick, he would not let somebody else load the gun.
Tbh the vaudeville house in GTA IV has a magic act where they really do maim each other too so this isn’t that far from it 😆, except that you can control this actions
20 years ago people played video games, which primed a gaming design industry of people who grew up playing story rich and detail oriented games. Pretty lit.
I love the the developers tried to plan ahead for so many what if possibilities in the game. And also know were children and would try to shoot him in the balls lol
