Oh wow! Definitely an immediate subscriber here. I’m a white belt. I just won the Jiu Jitsu World League’s at 195 in Del Mar and I always get this position. The only thing I ever do is arm triangle because I’m a no stripe. I’ll immediately use this stuff in my game!!!!
