God, it was such a great game. I remember sitting down with my neighbor and playing the campaign and split screen multiplayer.

Such a good game. So many awesome memories associated with Halo 2. Thank you Bungie.

if you watch their other vidocs you would see they ran out of time with halo 2 and had to cut stuff out of the game to make it in time. That is partially why halo 3 was "finish the fight"

@GazAnimations Its just simply because 4/14/10 was when they finally shut down the online play for halo 2 witch you are right was a great game so they want to remind people how good it was and show what exactly went into it :)

Halo 2 is suh a great game. but when MS shuts down the servers it might bring us new features. MS said Halo 2 was holding back XBL

@GazAnimations Microsoft have shut down all the old Xbox Live games including Halo 2. This is Bungie's final tribute to Halo 2 so to speak

couldn't Bungie do a sequel of halo 1 (mac), CE and halo 2, to the 360, but without changing the way the story unfolds, so it would be the same game but with halo 3 or higher graphic. keep a low res multiplayer in the halo 2 sequel, don't change the Mark V in halo CE and so on. Do the same games, but upgraded to fit the 360.

i love that theres a new halo. but i hate that we will never play as chief again, if i remember right they said reach is the last halo. and i know when chief goes off to that word if you stay after the credits its where marathon starts, but cmon. i want to kick some covenant ass as chief... cmon

Halo 2 campaign was good, halo 3... ok. But for some reason Halo 1 campaign was the best. It was just that aww factor of being the last super marine, fighting for earth, discovering some diseased zombie like things... ohh my it was great. but now its too cliche. but i have a fealing thatb reach will re create that feeling. :)

So unbelievable that they shut down the Xbox servers...and Halo 2....people still played that. Fucking microsoft...the more shit they do the more it pains me to even own an Xbox. I hope you know bungie that if it wasn't for Reach I would have smashed my Xbox a long time ago.
