@@Rodion9920 no that was arguably judgement nut end. She just got caught in the crossfire so to speak. And was infiltrated. Either that or Virgil truly did decide it was time to put down pipe on a young woman.
Probably V and maybe it is probably Nero remnants... I mean Nero does used Yamato back then and act as Nero's Devil Trigger. And seeing Nero back then acts like a hot head and sometimes love to jest... Maybe it does manifestin that Doppelganger... But. I would like to believe that doppelganger is actually Vergil real self that he buried. He is just like Dante. So why buried? Well. Probably because he wanted to look cool and feared in front of others, unlike Dante who who is just true to himself. Yet Vergil himself actually wanted to enjoy expressing himself so maybe that's why it manifest itself into the doppelganger... 😅😅🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.
Because Vergil's motivation is too savage... But if seriously in dmc4 Yamato was bounded to Nero's hand and it won't come out easily. So corrupted Vergil doesn't have time or motivation to ask for Yamato politly and just took it with hand.
I assumed it was a one-way transformation, but it's infinitely funnier that Yamato is Nero's arm forever now. Imagine Vergil's fancy kata sequence, but instead of a sword, he's just waving his own son's severed arm around.
His EX- Taunt is the best taunt in the series BAR NONE. Literally the only thing that could top it is Lady and Trish getting a combined taunt( assuming they even get released in the future)
Picture this: You don't get to play as Trish or Lady. Instead, you get to play as Trish AND Lady. Trish gets the melee, while Lady gets the guns. You get to switch between them and raise hell. This offers a chance to create an EX Provocation featuring both ladies.
He does say if things were different, they may have each other's lives. I could see a devil May cry where instead of a pizza eating cowboy rocker dude you're playing as a tap dancing theater kid insulting demons with poetry
and add a third costume known as Super Motivated Vergil that makes him even more op and broken than regular Super Vergil or normal Vergil cause why the hell not.
And then add another costume the name is "Now he is a little motivated Vergil" in which he will start on each mission with infinite SDT on,and each attack he hits,do the same damage and effect as Hell on Earth, and with 10 spiral barriers around him, and each time one is broken, a clone of his is spawning doing twice as damage as Hell on Earth while spinning like his ultimate Force Edge move i forgot its name. And if Vergil ever gets hit,he will teleport in the back of the demon saying " *Now i am a little motivated* " causing the demon to be instantly erased while Vergil touches the demon. There also would be a buff on World of V that instead of spawning in V,it would spawn Dante spamming Royal Releases and also, not removing the Little Motivated Vergil from the battlefield, but you wouldnt be on control of it since he would be doing a clone of himself doing 2 Hell on Earths at the same time
If you want a full showcase, you must update video for a few moves. Yamato: Perfect Judgement Cut (can do 3 in a row, check on DT too) Beowulf: Extension for Kick 13 Mirage Blade: Combo A with Milion Stab extension Air Stinger (with DT too) DT High time on enemy (do multi hit) Abilities: Block on 2 concentration level (parry projectiles) Provocation: "It's shall be your grave" on DT Mirage Blade Provocation but with Round Trip Doppelganger: Different speed modes on Clone That's probably all, but please commenters for additional moves in anwser. And thanks for this movie.
I'll only upgrade the other weapons because I want to fiddle around with them and see what kinds of combos I can conjure. For example, going from Beowulf's combos at any point into Kick 13. Or maybe going from Force Edge Combo A into Drive and OverDrive. Heck, for Yamato, I've got the luxury of *air combos,* something the other weapons don't have.
I just fucking love how they kept the aura effect of his SDT expanding outwards over the entire atmosphere while transformed, just like his boss form. Helps to maintain the sheer impact of SDT Vergil. Fucking sick.
Awwww damn I was hoping you'd show off the different speed modes of Doppelganger since I either haven't seen them or haven't noticed them that well in other people's gameplays
I like Vergil's version of Doppelganger. Gives the feeling that deep down, Vergil is Dante's brother. Like, some kind of hidden desire for fun and joy.
Man I love Vergil so much #nohomo. It's just comes down to his overall design. Awesome simple outfit with formal trench coat, cool and mysterious character and using katana as a main weapon, dope ass moveset and super badass devil form. I also really appreciate his outfit in this dmc5 by made it darker blue.
that extra credits scene makes me feel anxiety and sad at the same time, their voice, and that music playing as the hordes and hordes of demons approaches if there wouldn't be an end, shit, wouldn't surprise me if mundus made a comeback in dmc 6
Vergil's physical weapons are Yamato and Beowulf, the Mirage weapons are simply made from his demonic power. His Devil Arms are simple but effective, and that's what I like about seeing Vergil's gameplay: It's light but deadly, limited but stylish. He doesn't admit it (easily at least), but Vergil flexes his skills just as much as Dante does
It would've been cool if they included the full animation for judgement cut end where you're enveloped within the range of his aura. But overall, very good development of vergil. My absolute favorite game character.
Man Dante’s, Vergil’s, and Nero’s powers are so BROKEN. It works on very unpredictable ways. And we are only seeing the half of it cause of gameplay limitations. It has been confirmed by several sources that this three idiots are Super Saiyan levels of strong.
2:08 - Judgment Cut End 3:38 - Hell On Earth 5:08 - Deep Stinger 10:37 - SDT & Combined 3 Ultimates My Top Favourites of the Ultimate Skills in Vergil 😁
Now these cool combos are what I wanted for Dante. Except, more Wacky Woohoo. This just shows to see that Vergil relies more on technique while Dante relies on long creative combos and Royalguard.
I always contend that there was a missed opportunity with Monster Hunter World in that they never introduced a Longsword class Yamato to craft and use. They could've made it fun giving it mid-tier damage, but high affinity and sharpness.
That last cutscene....that's all I needed. I think I can finally be okay with whatever comes of official Devil May Cry series from here. I'm ready for more Nero, and hopefully his family in the future.
@@pareidolist It has. In times when games have been either disappointments or flat out garbage, it unironically brings tears to see a franchise so dear to me hit every right note. Dont care how gay it sounds but this game being the gem it is gives me hope for life.
Glad they kept the screen shake for DT Yamato Combo A but it's no longer there for the Mirage Blade attacks. I'd love to see a side-by-side comparison of DMC4 and 5's movesets; I feel like 4's animations had a bit more impact to them, especially with Yamato.
4 had a lot of different effects and sound for attacks that aren't the same here. For example, summoned swords looks & sounds better in 4 than 5, but Judgement cut End looks and has significantly better effects in DMC5. dmc5's beowulf is also a lot better.
