I rode the Chainsaw set up "enduro" with 170mm front and rear and mixed wheels which is slightly different than they sell it "Enduro". Overall, I think the Nomad is a great park bike. The Devinci has a slight edge on the straight line and chunky stuff, other than that it also has a bit more flexibility as far as increasing the rear wheel travel. Both bikes love hitting jumps and the mixed wheel setup is very composed on steep rocks and loamers. The Nomad is a bit more well round outside the park as well.
Cranks and drivetrain is definitely the places to downgrade first on a budget. Frame and suspension is the most important. Then wheels according to what you can afford and need. Then brakes find something you will trust. The rest just according to your budget.
