they are still the best, man! They are over 70 years old and they break it like nobody else. One of the best bands in history without a doubt, what a privilege to be able to see it!
I've always loved them, but I think I most lately have realized just how brilliant they have been. I don't think they have the place in the history of music that they deserve.
@@roxannepryor8291 The same for me, the pandemic has given me the context and time to delve into their material and find that they have returned, and after Mark was so bad with covid, his energy makes you still see a future in his work.

One of the best nights I've had in a decade. I seen devo at 4 yrs old when my aunt took me with her and her boyfriend. I didn't remember anything except being scared to death when booji boy came out. I thought that he was gonna start killing us all and devo was a trick to get us into going to the place they performed. I cried and wanted to go home and I remember everyone thought it was so cute n comforted me. THANK GOD THEY MADE A DVD of that same show I attended. It was petaluma 1980. Now I know what I saw that night and laugh 4 being so scared 2 death of booji boy who 25 yrs later I got tattooed on my arm. Anywho- Saturday night I was there and I was so ecstatic 2 see them. And I CRIED AGAIN! THIS TIME I CRIED CAUSE IT WAS OVER before my mushrooms kicked in. And they only did 1 new traditionalist song.But I get it they r 35 yrs older then me so it was well past those old spuds bed time. Love them an they r the greatest band ever 2 exist on planet earth
