For his body Structure thats his healthy weight, if he will go up to 290 pounds those wieght will be fat weight,not muscle mass weight, which wont help shit, ermes stopped levan even at 128kg, he is not as tall as devon but he has the body type to put a bit more muscle, everyone's body is built different, its not like you can eat and eat and get to 150kg easily
weight always helps in strenght related tasks lol. its basic physics and common sense. theres a reason strongmen are "kinda fit kinda fat, mostly fat" weight moves weight. if Levan dropped 40kg he would be much weaker.
