I mean... it's not really todds fault. If the rules allow this pitifully technique how can you blame him. They need to adjust the rules so we don't have to witness more of this pitifully embaressement...
Play 0.25x speed at 32:08. That's a pin. At one moment in the start of Jerry's attack, Todd's arm is not above the thing. Hmm, but when I think about it, Jerry left hand is in the way, so we can't see whether that was a pin or not. So, the refs made the correct call.
Pretty funny now when Todd later won the WAL hammer and then face Cardorette at WAL 506 so did Todd won exactly like Cardorette won in this WAL 403. I dont hate Todd I just rewatch this match and wonder if Todd want to win that way and have change his mind.
Did you see how fucking red todd was? His arm and face were the same shade of red as the red of WAL on his shirt, like jesus. Fucking looks like Bob the tomato from vegetales
Todd cheated like hell rounds 2 and 3. Elbow off the back off the pad, only forearm touching. This makes it so he can primarily rely on his bone lock without fear of it breaking. If you count the round where Todd false started and still got pinned, this should have been 3-0 Cadorette. Todd knew he was beaten and had to cheat. Period.
@@codybdaw7418 Nothing says "I'm a casual" like jumping to the defense of a top arm wrestler cheating because you can't fully grasp the unfair advantage he is creating and then bragging about possessing common knowledge like why Todd uses the king's move. Thanks for the laugh Cody boy.
Not even talk about the commentators, "Todd is so great he don't want to quit - if Todd comes back im gonna svck his dlck - Oh Jerry is in troubles" Jerry dominating all the Matches by far.... LOL! Those guys are retarded...
This Todd dude isn't arm wrestling, he's just waiting to get his wrist strapped to his opponent and then uses his 270+ lbs frame to just hang off the end of the table, hoping his opponent will get tired. Lame AF.
@@joaqofort4938 his shoulder is supposed to be a certain height. Like when Bart says "don't drop your shoulder any more. Right there." And then Michael goes 2feet lower while both refs watch only Jerry for elbow fouls. The refs are biased. Or else Michael Todd wouldn't have half as many wins. And that is just cold hard facts unfortunately.
Its not even within the rules. Half of the time is elbow is clearly(!!!) not on the pat, just his forearm, and his arm is stretched. Its a mystery why Todd gets away with it for so many years.
I'm even more entertained now than I was last time. 😂 Idc what anyone says. These crazy styles are a match made in heaven or hell! Jerry literally sweating buckets while Mike is complaining about his hand being in pain while they're pulling. Wild.
To the Undertabler's credit: from 8:15 onwards, not only is his shoulder above the table, but his elbow appears to actually be on the pad. Also he does in fact manage to get Jerry's hand bent back significantly.
I love watching the first press completely demolish Micheal. Before he goes to use the kings move. If you watch Devon Larratt's match with Jerry in 2018, Devon completely stops the same hit from Jerry. Without the kings move.
@@pulse1001 The 'fanboys' didn't complain then because Devon used more than just a king's move whereas todd uses only the kings move from the very beggining
@@pulse1001 at least when Devon uses the kings move he doesn't break any rules, and keeps the elbow on the pad, unlike Todd who thinks this is Arm Sumo
They should introduce a new rule: "THE SHOULDER MUST NEVER BE BELOW THE ELBOW". Doing so implies that the competitor's body weight is partially hanging from the arm.
I dont think you have ever arm wrestled if you had you would know that the kings move is the most strenuous and painful position to put you arm in when armwrestling and it can be stopped you just must be quicker of the start
And Jerry gets to start every round with even more leverage for a 330 lb man by getting to lock his leg into the table while turning his body. It's insane that you think that should be allowed but not the Kings move...
I've lifted weights, and at 10:40 when Todd says "it hurts so bad" is an exact indication he is riding a joint lock and not using muscle, you hear it in how clear he is talking, while Jerry is blowing up red barely able to breathe. Either you believe Todds strength is so above Jerrys that he can hold him with no fatigue at all or he is riding his bone lock.
Rock, you need to actually watch the video before making a comment. It will stop you from being wrong so much. And the one time he was off, he got fouled so that was dealt with appropriately. Pics or it didn't happen. A video is a bunch of pics in a row, but if you would show us all of them, it still did not happen, enjoy!
@@tjp_real The guy is sacrificing his bones to try and hold 300+ pounds of press. He's literally killing his arm for this, but as long as his arm doesn't become straight and his elbow is on the pad, it's fair. I hate King's Move, but with the rules in place, it goes.
@@Geoffjun13 Yeah.. But it's kinda their job to be positive and make both guys look good. Not saying you're wrong, but that commentator wouldn't have a job if slipped out a "what a bitch"
@@rakiest I would agree with you, but even when Jerry got the pin, he still questioned it. So if he secretly had it out for Michael Todd he probably wouldn't have said anything. Like the way he questioned Jerry's pin he could have said: "Idk if that looks fair, it looks like his arm is fully extended." or something like that.
31:03 Michael stops applying force completely and Jerry still can't pin him because of Michael's massive elbow lock. That just tells you that Michael doesn't hold with endurance or with strength, he relies on his bone lock.
@@righttohavebeararms.4300 great name! Wagner Bortolato is so strong, he snapped Todd's arm once... Devon then beat Bortolato 6-0. Also Brzenk beat Todd easily in the famous "where you going buddy?!" when Todd tried diving under table. Then Devon beat Brzenk 6-0. Whats that tell you about Todd?
Yall gotta admit this match was a display of heart, determination, strength, spirit and endurance. Todd and Jerry McFlurry went all out. Both competitors are fierce pullers.
Seems that always when Michael looses and sees he's getting smashed, he gets some sort of injury and/or start acting like a lame clown complaining about the world
FACT: "JERRY was pulling down the whole body of Michael, NOT just his arm" The rules must change that style should NOT be allowed for that long. MICHAEL was literally USING the TABLE & JERRY had the hard time to put his arm down as he needs to also bring his whole body down. CHANGE the WRONG rules!!!!
I love Jerry's calmness in logically asking why they stopped the match at 31:30, just because Michael Todd was whining, this referee was so biased, Jerry should have gotten that round, just because a competitor is whining because he is losing doesn't mean you stop the match while the other opponent is clearly winning!
Most underrated tongue spasm. How many times does he have slurp his way through a match? Looks like he's going to into cardiac arrest after 10 seconds.
This is honestly a joke. Michael Todd being allowed to climb under the table is disgraceful. That is cheating, plain and simple. Please make some kind of edit to your rule system WAL. You want to be appreciated and treated like a proper sport, but as it stands, Todd is making a mockery of the entire sport being allowed to blatantly cheat like that.
There are rules to stop this from happening. The ref chose not to enforce them as strongly as he should & never enforced in match vs laratt. The wrestling shoulder can not drop below the table when utilizing the kings move, this allows for you to pin while in kings move. Unfortunately this ref for some odd reason refuses to enforce this rule as it should be enforced (noticed he only called it once or twice out of about 20+ fouls by todd). There are rules in place this ref just consistently refuses to apply them even though if you look at his eyes hes watching it happen over & over. TBF though I think he did it on purpose vs Laratt. Controversy breeds interest so if you let a guy cheat to win you create a lot of interest in a growing sport (i'm about 70% sure that at least factors into this somewhat)
I Like when some talk about the kings move. They say not All can handle it, because of the pressure on the bone. How can a move be allowed where u can breake the bone.. Make some better rules. Or give faul when someone use King move and their albow is off the pad.. But as one Said All love todd!!
@@haloskys2006 you sir, are a gentleman and a scholar ... that match was a shït show ... Jerry Cadorette was clearly the better man by miles and I'm glad the right outcome came about there
Giovanni Colin - That was my EXACT thought from about 2 minutes in. Those Commentators were shameless with that shit and so obviously biased that I’m not sure I understand why the people that are really into this sport haven’t spoken up about that nonsense in an official way. It made me root for Jerry more and more, plus it made me disgusted with Todd more and more. I was honestly disgusted by the whole fucking thing. It’s hard to want to get into this sport heavily when this is a main event match and it unfolds that way. As a newbie I right Away was completely baffled by Todd’s “technique”, the Refs bias, and the Commentators blowing Todd the entire match. In so many ways this video is extremely bad for the sport of Arm Wrestling and if I were a longtime, true fan, I would want this shit removed from RU-vid even though Jerry won.
neoberi - It’s very noticeable from the start. They don’t even try to hide it. I’m trying to find out where that comes from since I am not big into the AW scene. Why do like 90% of people despise this guy but the commentators blow him non stop?!?
The problem isn't the kings move, the problem is that Todd literally straightens his arms completely to where he turns armwrestling into a tug of war which makes it impossible for the opponent to win against him.
I love hpw Jerry is making faces like he's giving birth meanwhile Michael looks likes he's trying to decide what movie he wants to watch back at the hotel room
I don't know why they don't get a couple cameras exactly -parallel with the table so there's no question of pins.

Todd’s technique using a bone lock and his body weight with his triceps on the pad to bleed out his opponent is just a disgrace for the sport. This cheating king’s move should be banned period. Cadorette is clearly superior ! A real athlete !
@@mr.eastcoastgrow6132 And laratt is not the goat, there are about 5 Europeans who would destroy anyone in the WAL, as you will see from the new Top 8...Wal is garbage, and American pullers are garbage too
John Browning IG they were any good they would be in the WAL making money doing it. Your obviously a European or from the UK. If anyone of them Europe pullers could pull worth a damn they would do it. Stop hating.
Ya gotta shame them into not using it. Name it the Oompa Loompa move or some lame-0 stuff.. 'OMG Todd's doing the shoulder below the elbow move! We call that the Oompa Loompa!, yea well he is nearly as tall as them.'
Ridiculous. Is the spin move in basketball/football a coward move? Is a rear naked choke in mma/BJJ a coward move? I think not. A coward is someone who will call Michael Todd a fearful man in a youtube comment. To me that's a coward, cause to his face you'd piddle in ur tighty whiteys.
He is probably not even a top 30 in the world without the move. But with the move he is like top 5-6 statistically speaking. In other words he is not a really good armwrestler.
@mar00n Todd had surgery and has a metal plate in his elbow, it doesn't straighten out. Most people can't kingsmove like that without using bicep strength to help out
@mar00n I partially agree with that. On the other hand, WAL is an entertainment franchise and altering the rules to be more strict about KM would certainly help them out, as far as supermatch watchability. I would suggest a foul, not a warning, for shoulder below the elbow level, and also calling a match if the elbow joint is completely straightened in a losing position, even above the pin pad.
@mar00n In a winning position (hands are on your side of the table) dipping below makes sense. I was thinking only for an extended arm. Shoulda clarified.
This is just disgusting, Jerry Cadorette is much better and stronger and very respectful after match. Michael Todd can not accept that he is weaker. It should be forbidden to hang out at the table . Michael Todd should be disqualified for that. Arm wrestling is not a cliff climb
Never arm wrestled in anything like this..but for years in bars and at my home..there is a fulcrom that must be used to give you the most advantage..stay close and stay over top..even if the big man has more power..he has to over come the fulcrom..Jerry has it perfect every time..I think the Todd fellow has more power but really needs how to learn this sport
Is the commentator in love with Michael Todd or what?! This is my first time watching this at this level, but Michael Todd was whining and complaining about everything right from the start. I don’t think that Michael Todd should be allowed to use that technique. It’s cheesy and unsportsmanlike the way Michael Todd wrestled and acted. The better man won.
I thought him hanging off of the table was very odd. There is much about the mechanics and rules I am not aware of. It isn't purely a test of strength for sure.
No offence meant to the commentators here, but it’s just not the same when Neil Pickup isn’t there! He’s hands down the greatest commentator in arm wrestling and in any sport actually! 👍
He is very weak and probably even less stamina that's why he does the king's move. And also isn't scared to face anyone because he doesn't use his arm but his body.
@Craig Laycox dude even he's elbow is off the pad .. it's more like he's forearm is on the pad , that just seems wrong and dagerous mainly for the opponent , the only way you can win against that is to break he's elbow joint , it's just sad to watch that
@Craig Laycox Devon couldn't beat the bone lock or you call it kings move. It takes huge side pressure John, Travis, and now Jerry have beaten him that way. Devon tried to tire him out but was hurting himself more than Todd. I think shoulder should be above the table or at least level with the elbow pad.
