Yeah, looking back at how easy Devon was for Levan, it really shows how strong Dave really was in this match. Levan struggled for a brief moment before each pin. You could see his left arm and shoulder shaking right before exploding. If Dave could've kept his elbow on the pad, there could've been a couple of good rounds here

This reminds me of Devon's fight against the stronger Cyplenkov where he committed a lot of fouls trying to position himself advantageously, but in the end the difference in strength is just overwhelming.
Levan would love to go to straps, Levan is actually stronger in the straps, he was only angry at Devon because he doesn't believe the rules of King of the Table should be the way they are i.e. the autostrap, because he thinks the more orthodox rules of armwrestling are superior, but Devon would be wrong to think that Levan cares whether or not he goes to the strap or not.
This will be Devon's plan, foul the Kings move but we're Levan out, hoping to feel his strength diminish within a couple of rounds. I can see it going 2-0 to LS, before DL managed to wear him down the next 4.
That was the guy who beaten world class elites like Todd Hutchings,Marcio barboza, Jerry cadorette,Genadi, Travis, Tim Bresnan,Mike Ayello effortlessly even managed to pin Denis once.. And Devon had to struggle with every ounce of his strength and even pull the king's move to tire him out and pin him.. I've never seen anyone win the center battle with him. Chaffee forces literally everyone to his side of the pad with brute force.. And Levan just ran through him like nothing... That is just freakishly scary strength .. Good luck to anyone that's going to face him because they're going to need it!
This match was mainly this one sided due to insanely strict rules they have in europe. This is one of the main reason european armwrestling will never make the same money that they do in USA. 6 matches and not a single strap match…

Todd / Laratt is superior on technique than most people credit them for. But its difficult to compare these guys now . Different era , Levan and company in their prime now and agreed they are huge!

what's sad is, for everyone else in America, Canada etc. dave was probably the strongest (not the most skilled or endurance). and Levan made him look like a chump. Devon at his strongest is still no match for Levan. Hes an army of one.
dave is super freaking strong but levan is just beyond that. Man its so unfortunate that cyplenkov got sick, i want to see him fight levan so badly. Congrats to levan and much respect to Dave.
Denis will never be in the same shape as he was pre 2018. He can still be very dangerous against guys in 120-130 kg but he won’t risk dying just to bulk up to his peak shape (prob like 140-150 kg).
I had absolutely no doubt that Levan would have won in a landslide, but I had a glimmer of hope that Chaffee might have gotten a single round. But that's it Levan is unstoppable right now, actual gorilla-mode.
levan got bigger by about 15kg and was even stronger then this in my opinion, also chaffee and devon are close in strength but devon beats chaffee in technique, when facing levan with that big 13 inch fist i think it all comes down to power which if devon's match was close against chaffee, he had no chance against levan, its beyond human at this point Levan is on a league of his own.
Came back after the Devon fight just to appreciate how Well Dave actually did against Levan. He did put some resistance against Levan (especially the 5th round ) while Devon had all the leverage with starting position and still Levan slammed him 6-0
i mean levan got stronger since then ........if they were to do a rematch right now dave would get pinned in less than a sec .....also I think at the last rounds levan was taking it slowly and he used a fraction of his power
I think Devon did slightly better than Chaffee due to the power creep Levan gained in a year 10kg in muscle is massive at this level Levan is just too strong.

Devon can do it. He has superior technique and can get larger than Dave. The way he recently ran through Michael has Levan worried. Come on big guy, take on the best.
He has 50kg+ over anyone he pulls. The reason he beat Dave so easily is because Dave is lacking the tehnique. He is really slow when it come to tactic... he wasn't able to go to strap, where things wouldn't have ended so quick
Congratulations to Levan and great respect to Dave,for the fact that he stepped in and faced the beast.Not like some others that hide behind big words and excuses.Since the day that larry uploaded that inside video displaying Levan's ridiculous strengths we all knew it was over for everybody.
To be fairly honest Michael Todd's defensive kings move could stop Levan, Levan is a fair specimen but there's always and I mean always someone better up and coming!
Dave announced like 2 years ago about quitting WAL and moving to PAL to compete. This matchup was just the draw and Dave happened to be extremely unlucky to face our giant as his first matchup to TOP 8. So, technically he had no other way except accepting the match lol, that's what I'm saying. I would have loved to see Dave's first match with smn else and after against Levan. Other guys are beasts also and Dave would have gotten a better eyeview about how much preparation it's needed to compete top dogs.
@@Relius36 Igor refused the match against Todd for a reason, Levan isn't technically acute enough to beat the kings move. He admitted it himself. His cup wouldn't do anything for him in this situation, Michael is probably the only one who could beat him, hold him in the kings move until he gasses Michael would have to lose maybe a round or two off the rip to settle and find his position and that would be it, maybe a 320lb + version of Devon could do the job as well! You have to realise that levans technical game only takes him so far, when you have veterans like Todd and larratt all they need is a bit of size to compete at this level.
Levan is just on another level in terms of bone structure and size - let alone muscle mass. The dude's wrist and arm is the size of a freaking tigers. At his size no amount of technique in an opponent will be enough to beat him. His margin of his surplus power over any smaller opponent is just to large. The only one who realistically could beat him was Dennis.

The size is just wrong. Dave is at his peak. But had no chance since the beggining. The fight for him was not winning, but not losing every single round.

Chaffee is an explosive powerhouse. Almost everyone who faces him has to go into defense because he gets the initial pull due to his power. However, he is unable to do anything against the might of Levan!!!! Devan or anyone else would have no chance.

Levan is the only arm wrestler in the modern day who could genuinely compete with the top world's strongest men if he had the right training. I dont think anyone else can come even close

World strongest man? Dude don't do this to levan. Levan maybe the best arm wrestler on planet but he would be smoked in worlds strongest man. He is just not made for that sport. Even in powerlifting he will not do good. I think his deadlift is weak,squat is weaker and bench is just okay for a guy his size(not exactly weak but if you compare it to top guys in levan's category). Plus if he puts more size it will be mobility issue and strongman has dynamic events too. It will just be like a strongman trying to be armwrestle. Even if a strongman trained for it we know he certainly won't beat levan same goes for levan in strongman.

No strongman has been good without specific training for those events...so I am not saying as of today he will be good. I am saying he has the potential due to his size, frame and musculature and age As for lifts...watch his videos on Larry wheels channel. Levan never bench presses in his training as an example because its not relevant to arm wrestling. Yet his PR is about 250 kgs! Thats over 550 lbs bench press even without training for it...a couple of years of training in strongman and he can be in the current top 15 of strongmen Infact if u watch uncle loz channel...I follow strongman much more than even armwrestling...even loz mentions in a few videos that levan can easily be a stromgman

Levan says he does it just not often. 1-2 times a month. And strongman may not be good from the start but they all already had very strong foundation to step in strongman. Devon has always been able to beat people with more mass than him, his hand and wrist strenght and arm length are very powerfull especially when he's steriod enhanced like we saw against todd. Micheal couldn't access all his strength because devin beat his risor

The fact that Devon thinks he stands a chance against this monster is laughable. He got pinned at least once by Chaffee and Chaffee couldn't even move Levan's hand. The fact that people think that Levan is going to be able to bleed Levan show's that they have absolutely no idea what real power is.
