I have a goal to increase my pronation lift every day for 55 days and this is day 1-10. where do you think I will fail? and What will my final lift be?
I think Devon’s record for the Levan match was just around 166-167lbs, if you can get in the 160’s that is ultra elite level. I know Levan pushed it up to the 180’s and I think the highest I’ve seen was actually Voevoda, who did something ridiculous like 200lbs. Anything above 150 is elite territory though, I think you’ve got it buddy 💪🏻🍻
Hey monster, remember Larratt strained his intercostal muscles going up in weight and not being mindful of whole body tension and execution. It would be good to keep in mind to brace with diaphragmatic breathing and generate stability in the whole quadrant beneath the ribs since this is a super specific lift that puts tension there. You might be doing it via nose already so I can't notice it but a friendly reminder does not hurt :)
I will prove to you now that Larratt has been trolling the armwrestling world with this lift, there is NO WAY IN HELL that he is lifting over 70kg on this lift. I am forever natty, i have been training my bicep curls for the last 4 years and can strict curl 63kg , i am 53 years old and weigh 107kg at 6ft-1in. Me Bicep curl 63kg, Larratt 70-80kg around 15% more. I can single wrist curl depending on the angle 45 to 60kg, Larratt maybe 70kg again around 15% more. I began training his pronation lift EXACTLY as close as possible to how he is doing it, wrist up and out, thumb in top 2 fingers and bottom fingers hard against the palm and elbow about 3-4 in down in leg and wide close to the knee, which i see you are not doing and your angle is too high, given i have only been doing this lift for about a month , i can do 35kg on left and 36kg on right, i could see myself getting to 50kg in about 2-3 years time. 50kg compared to his claimed 73-75kg would make him still lifting 50% more than me, on a small muscle group, IMPOSSIBLE, it's by the maths alone likely that one of his large plates is fake and that he is lifting more like 55-60kg, the MATHS says so, and maths doesn't lie.
