To the Die hard Dewalt fans this one is for you! Dewalt has sent the powerful, collapsible, eye catching string trimmer and the 450 cfm, super lightweight blower to me to perform daily tasks in the yard with. Let me tell you...they are tough! Plus they are compatible with your existing XR battery powered tools so you only need to buy the tool! I run them hard in brush, blow off a rocky driveway, and string trim the entire property on a single charge. They are honestly one of the Quietest lawn tools ive used yet! I want to thank Dewalt and Great Lakes Ace for sending these tools out for review. They are truly Awsome! They are solid. For the normal grass person they are perfect but if you are a nut like us, it's nice to add to the collection!

I have em both. I also have an Echo gas trimmer and blower. If you need to get real work done go with the gas-powered equipment. The best part of the DeWalt equipment is not having to fool with gas/oil/starting them. You just plug a battery in and go. When it dies get another battery. When you aren't working they aren't running. And they are much quieter. The DeWalt trimmer is AWESOME! I took the guard off and get the line way out. It will destroy weeds, and edges super fast. You can feather the trigger and just use the power required for what is in front of you. Obviously I wear eye protection.

I couldn't agree more. But with the string strimmer, isn't that thing the Quietest trimmer on the market?! It blew my mind away the first time i used it. And the power... unbelievable for that little thing!

I have the same whacker that's new and it barely cuts the same kind of weed you were mowing down (even upgraded to .9 line). Guess CA weeds are built tougher then wherever you are at

As a carpenter I always used dewalt, the electricians always used Milwaukee.. but anyways Im excited to try dewalts lawn tools and their new connection tools

I have not used their mower but these tools are legit. My father uses dewalt and one day this equipment was missing🤣

Thanks Frankie! It's been a tough road! I think I'm going tu switch up the channel content though. What do you think about me just being in the lawn, talking about what I'm doing in my lawn, cutting, striping, edging, good music instead of all the product reviews?

@@TheNeighborDominator bro, do what you enjoy! Maybe do reviews on products that you like or don't do them. This vid was nice bc there are a lot of brands that use batteries in their tools and its cost to see them in use. At the end of the day, do you.

Good stuff! My neighbor uses ALL dewalt lawn products including their mower. He mows super early at 7:30a usually and I will say, that is equipment is QUIET! I usually don’t even know he’s mowing, string trimming, etc half the time.

Oh, I don't know if it is about being a "fan." It is more about which drill you bought when you were 25, which placed that first battery in your garage. If your first real drill was a DeWalt, now you are 53 with over 20 DeWalt power tools in your lineup...because with every purchase, the "tool only" price for things that worked on the batteries you already owned was the selling point every time. So OK, DeWalt, my old friend. I am taking you out into the yard now. We'll see how this goes.

Battery power equipment has come a long quite well. Stick with one brand so there’s not 20 different chargers taking up space.

Hahaha I know right! I have 4 different types of batteries now all over the place. I spend more time trying to find the charger rather than using the dang things!
