Dr Solar. When we connect with the IP address mentioned in your video the system asks for username and password. What is the username/password combination? It is not the WIFI adaptor username/password. Is this a direct access to Deye user interface?
@@ziadkhalil4913 22 of them. You can do 23 or 24. Just remember that you can do three strings. So make sure you don't the short circuit voltage per string. Safely 8 per string if you do 24.

I see inverter #5 has only variation from other inverters. Its Hmi version is c353.I suggest downgrade it to c349 just like the rest.Main1 must remain as 6006.FYI HMI means human machine interface which is the touch screen module of inverter which why it displays infos differently from the rest of inverters.

Why is it sad? The product ship at different times. For singular use it is just fine. When you parallel they have to run the same firmware. I bought from 2 different people. Victron and Schneider have the same thing too. How have you been?

Good afternoon Haider. Welcome to the channel. Who sold you the inverter? If you have it online they can get Deye to update the firmware remotely. You don't have enugh batteries. Your inverters can discharge 190 amps each. Your battery can't handle that.
I had the Deye team upgrade my 8kw hybrid inverter and they upgraded it with the 5kw firmware. Lots of error codes and emails they finaly flashed it with the correct firmware. However now my inverter is stuck in standby mode and does not switch to normal mode nor does it charge the batteries from the grid. Is there any way you can assist me as Deye support has gone silent after they saw their mistake. Will you be able to send me the files so I can get my power back please.
Email them and make a stink. I will send you the correct firmware. They have made this error before. A friend in California had the same problem. It took a while but they fixed it

Good morning Mahmoud. Thank you for watching and commenting. If your inverter is stable I would not do a firmware update. Communication between batteries and inverters. If it is compatible then your settings or cables are the problem. Are you using Can? Read the battery manual.
@@drsolar thanks a lot for your replay , so far no problem but here in Lebanon the deye company want to make an update to there inverters so they can't connect to felicity batteries , so they can sell there batteries so we are getting ready for that . So you said there is no need to make any update as long as things going well

I had a small problem in my relay dry contact to turn on and off my generator by the deye 8k hybrid , so I contacted there service office in china , they updated the software , and now it is much much worse, when I click on gen force , generator is always on , and if I don't generator never turns on when batteries reach min, how can I downgrade

You updated the Inverter with MCU2 file. How about MCU1 file , shouldn't be updated as well for the firmware? I had 12kw qty 3 of different HMI , git the latest MCU2 C034 Version, but after the update, I got a problem that I can't choose Export to Load option. It always switches to Export to CT, and the CT is giving wrong reading's
With the Deye, I have stopped doing firmware updates. The tech team at Deye do it when they try to correct issues and 9 out of 10 times it does not work. If it is working fine let it be.
in my country DEYE don't have support team I have buy 5Kva Hybrid invertor from local market will they support me by online please send me their support website or e-mail that can support me.
