I am just now learning about this locomotive and would like to know more about this system. Interesting to note the "cutoff" just before the end of the rack at 0:16 and then notice at 0:29 that the Winterthur System is still operating. Would that be a waste of pressure and steam? Is there any article or website more detailed about the operation of this locomotive? I found it difficult to understand the Wikipedia article in your language...
this "cut" happens just before the rack finishes.. but afterwards we can see that the auxiliary system is still operating at 0:29.. shouldn't it be stopped since its cylinders were closed?
