wow this is a great video (i know this is for type 2) but im pre diabetic in my 30's and it's been crazy the last yr and a half, i know people get board so i'll get to the point. a week ago today (may 11th) i had planned to get up and start my day but then i realized i could not move i was scared i rolled off my bed but that made it worse then i called my neighbor down the hall here at my apartment for help i had no choice but to get carpet burns on my body because i had to crawl all the way to my door my legs hurt so bad to move i used the last of my strength to reach up and open the door then i had him leave my door open and called 911 i got to the hospital and they said: you have high blood pressure and a temperature of of 100.9 im like what? i got asked all the questions they ask when you have a fever im like no i don't feel any of that except alot of pain in my body, i spent the night there and got sent home the next day...that was scary my family and everyone worries because i live alone all my other siblings have kids and stuff i don't. they gave me paperwork for a standing order to see someone else in a few hrs later this morning i hate to ask but how should i exercise when my body is still feeling like this? i live in a small city san leandro ca before all this happened i was leaving my truck here at home because downtown is only a 10 min walk north of me or should i walk down the street south? which is shorter there's a small shopping area there and then walk back home?? idk i just know diabetes runs in my moms side of the family i know water is good for muscles but how did this happen when i drink alot of water even before i left the hospital they said drink lots of water i said i do UGH thx in advance for any help !!

Also look into lifting weights/resistance training. Not only will it tone you, but it also builds white muscle. The white muscle needs that sugar in your blood and will burn it for energy. Also manage your stress levels, because stress can also lead to high blood sugar (b/c cortisol brings sugar into the blood to prepare your body for a "flight or fight" situation that's not going to happen and now insulin is released to bring down that blood sugar)...

Aerobics definitely helps burn sugar, also I consumed some food with allspice in it and my sugar counts came down before even doing the exercise !!!!! I'm currently trying to verify that's what lowered my sugar levels !!!
they mix the advice for diabetes, should define between types, i have type 2, and at first had servere complications, but never have taken medications, and reversed T2D with little exercise, and just cutting carbs, living on high fats , medium proteins.
Sir my mother have same problems , these complications due to diabetes have ruined her eyes and legs ... I would appreciate If you have some suggestions for her
go easy on the exercises n switch to keto diet n stick to it for 3 months at least n see what happens to diabetes.... i m one of those who has seen the miracle which keto can bring about... hope it helps someone... dr eric berg n dr jason fung r those u got to follow...
