Doctor can you please guide me as my Husband is taking Xigduo 10/500. Does it reduce B12 levels ? He has lot of tingling sensation in his feet and doesn't get proper sound sleep ...
hope my experience will be helpful to your husband. My doctor put me at some point on 1000 of Metformin day twice a day = 2000 daily. After short wile I started experience burning sensation in the soles of my feet. This condition increased progressively to the point beyond discomfort. To my complains doctor responded that I should loose more weight instead recommending B12 supplement. I got that info from internet and my pharmacist. It improved my condition a bit, but by that time there was much damage done to the nerve endings in the soles of my feet and burning and tingling continued, though lessen, as B12 prevented further nerve damage. On one of the forums I found advice, that helped me FULLY get rid of burning sensation in my feet - Apple Cider VINIGAR , start with 1 tsp diluted in water to accepted to your taste level of acidity, daily and over time bring to 1tbs. Positive effect I felt almost immediately. Sometime itchiness returns when I stop taking Apple Cider VINIGAR for many days in the row. Than I just get back to taking ACV and problem goes away. BTW I'm on taking Xigduo 10/1000
I consume xigduo xr 10/1000 mg, and i want to try intermittent fasting. Is it safe to consume this drug when i change my lifestyle like healthy food, excercised and intermittent fasting?, I am worry to have hypoglycemia. Thank you for nice video.
