I have a theory... it possibly has something to do with Horazon's History. He had a brother, Bartuc, which tried to harness the power of the Burning Hell, unlike Horazon who tried to enslave demons. Bartuc fell, and turned mad, Horazon, seeing what his brother had become, gathered the remaining Vizjerei behind him and led the assault against Bartuc and his supporters. In the final battle Horazon had to slain his old brother, sealed him with the aid of the Priests of Rathma (Necromancers)...
There are 2 'sanctuaries' : Chaos and Arcane. This is the latter. However, the names of the music pieces aren't always the same as the names of the places/regions in the game.

I love the sountrack and this song specially (well, and the main song of Lut Gholein) I always wanted to know what does it say this beautiful mesmerizing singing!!!!!!!

This wasn't ONLY for the sewers. Some areas have shared music ya' know. :( This was used for the harem. The only part that actually sounds like the Sanctuary starts at 2:55 in my opinion. It's got that empty and vague feeling to it.
