Find it ironic that they thought pulverize was too powerful back in the early days and nerfed the spirit boon for guaranteed overpower only to turn around and revert those nerfs a couple weeks ago.
There is a number in there that is higher than trillions. There is a number in there at 1:05 that shows: 9,080,632,458,084,352 that's 9 quadrillion in damage lmao
Oh yeah, I saw that number. For those of you that wanna check for it. You will have a much easier time finding it by slowing down the playback speed. as a side note: You can also see the 13 trillion number by doing this as well. the full number is: 13,357,382,893,568
@@statusfx1 Yeah slow down playback speed and then when you're close, pause and go frame by frame using the "," and "." keys on your keyboard. For about 2 frames, it's quite large and you can clearly see the whole number.
@@jasonlucia6682I loved early maplestory when critting for 600 was a boss thing. Now people are doing trillions, I don't know why so many companies go that way
Could not agree more. Wish they would erase all multiplicative damage, aside from the 20% from vuln and 50% from crit. It just makes things scale awfully when between aspects, skills and paragon nodes you have 15 multiplicative factors. It's just stupid, you can't balance this. And then barb with 6H worth of aspects. It's obvious you cannot balance this, as they've failed literally every season. No more multiplicative!
Multiplocative damage scaling is fine. Just that turn it down a lot. There is a reason why Poe1 has for example pain attunement which is a multiplicator when low life at 1,3x. In Diablo 4 multiplicators are just too high.
sad to see a druid enjoyer going through all this pain and feeling good about it while other classes delete this boss in seconds with not optimized gear
😂 about time you noticed game is not called diablo 4 anymore it's barbarian 4 They only care about barb , druid and sorceress are just side quest characters
Rather than breaking it I'd rather they just add more uniques for the build. I like the +1 companions affix. I like the wolves are now werewolves affix. I would LIKE to have a fucking bear/direbear somewhere in there. Give me something to make zoo druid viable. D2 finally made it happen after 20 years. D4 should have made it happen too. This build looks close to what I want, but it's not quite there.
Interesting and unique effects would be cool. Like Ravenform via aspect instead of the raven Skill. Or a bear minion that benefits from all your bear passives instead of you. The effects we have are mostly pretty basic. Poe does this pretty good. Insanely strong buffs that come with a downside you need to compensate. Bearminion that gets your passives instead of you would be something like that.
I been playing Druid this season and lucky I play with a friend whos Necro so I could hide behind him when it got tough but I'm having a blast with it even though I can see the power difference between our characters. I was going to try another class next but might actually go for a full companion build with these additions added.
Glad that Companion builds look good but my concern is paltin a caster druid with Tornado or Lightning. With Thunderstruck gone I dont really see where our scaling is gonna cone from. Landslide is prov gonna be ok and maybe Pulverize but Storm skills are in trouble.
Devs said they didnt want to give druid tons of pets because then he would be like a necro?? Huh wtf?? In diablo 2 having tons of pets were fine and fun, now years and years later in diablo 4 druid is worse..😢😅
In d2 you coudn't have tons of pets... in recent d2r patch they changed that to allow all the types of pets be able to be summoned, but for years you needed to choose between one of 2 types of wolves or a bear...
@@fedekapo6 huh?? Well with no mods I had 5 ravens or like 15 bats, and 5 wolves, with a creeper and a spirit following...seems like a ton to me...🤔 so... agian years later we have less pets and you need aspecs to have a few extra pets...so that means in my book diablo 2 druid felt more like a force of nature then diablo 4.
@@sourpatchkilla You have the ravens, the creeper and up to 6 werewolves in d4... only thing missing is the spirit. But yeah, it would be nice to have an unique item that give us a bear, a spirit or more animals.
Actually glad to finally see this build viable hopefully it’s still good after they fix it… been wanting to play storm companion build since day 0 but never was it worth
This is actually good news for me because I play every season a new class and Druid is the one left over for season 5. It was Necro S1, Rogue S2, Barb S3 and Sorc S4.
I been playing druid for the most part of season 4 and trying ptr its still lil weak but its getting closer. Druid paragon just needs a rework and it would fix alot of the problems
Could get higher pet ranks per wolves, ravens, or poison creeper if using a legendary GA pet rank (ie. wolves or poison creeper, idk which would be better) [on helm instead of using shako (edit*)]. Could go as high as +8 on helm. Spit balled the idea with a friend last night could get wolves as high as +27 wolves rank (+5 to skill tree) in a build with the new aspect (+3 to wolves), and landing all masterwork upgrades to helm (+8) and GA storm companion's pants (+11). Idk, if I missed anything, lol.
i don't know why they made the passive so low damage and the active so high damage, needs to be higher passive lower active dmg maybe 1x-2x ratio now seems like it's 1x-10x ratio
Blizzard: There was a bug were the Druid class was still able to do damage this season. To prevent this exploit we have removed all skill slots from the action bar and gave them to barbarian instead.
Druids are well due buffs. We have been lacking for ages. I think they should make an endgame that has same amount of legion players playing in a map like helltide area. But dense as D3 have exp bonus type of attack speed and power boost and fill it with bosses and mobs. Have a 2 percent chance higher rate of an Uber. That would be a good endgame to do. Be wild full of hard mobs like D3 with 8 to 12 players in one area.
I think it has something to do with having multiple enemies on the screen. When Poison Creeper nuked Lilith (7:08), there were other mobs near her too. That probably is the cause?
I hope it stay at least somewhat as good when the season launches! I’ve been playing Druid every season and it never fails to disappoint me. Please let it be comparable to other S tier class okay.
Funny thing is... I played companion druid in s4 and got to pit 127 with it so... with these buffs it will be much better. Now hopefully they don't fuck it up trying to fix the bug. I don't know if that will happen though.
The moment I saw the Shepherd change, I knew that Companions are gonna be kinda great, and then we learned that there will be Moonrage and Spirit Bond too... Sad that there's no middle ground for the Druid... Either super OP/bugged, or 17dmg
If the Druid does 13 Trillion damage that means all the other characters now do 20 Trillion and Barbarian does and additional 10 trillion damage on top of that.
S2-4 Barb was insanely fun to play, I didn't played as HOTA Barb in S2, but I did played barb in S3 after they nerfed HOTA build, so I played Charge+HOTA mixed Barb build and it was the most satisfying build I have played, I was planning to try Druid in S4, but after I saw Bash Barb I had to try it, and it's basically press and hold "1" to win build, it's much much stronger than HOTA or Charge, and the most funniest thing, it just wipe every enemy with it's basic skill, meaning that you don't really need to build and spent any rage to use your CORE skills, you don't even need to unlock CORE skills, you just don't need them anymore! Obviously they would nerf Bash temper recipes in S5, but I don't think there will be any other build like Bash Barb, it's just 1 button that you hold till there's no enemies left on the screen, you don't even need to move (thanks to auto-target), Bash Barb is like you are playing D4 on very easy difficulty! You won't need to wait till you hit Lv.70 to clear 2nd capstone dungeon, you just go right there like GigaChad right after you finish clearing Lv.50 capstone dungeon!
The reason I stopped playing minion build necromancer is cause it was just tk boring I wasn't doing anything and this is the same thing so I'll be staying away
This is without even keeping the bestial rampage attack up which is 100x companion damage. They will be absolutely nutty if all these buffs stay for season 5
At 1:05 you actually hit 9 QUADRILLION. You can see it in the lower left of the dmg number cluster and it's a fraction of a second before your 13 trillion hit. But, yeah. They'll nerf this into the ground and we'll all be stuck with Season of the Barb 5.0 AGAIN
I just want to play a shaman style Druid like cast lightning bolts and stuff… sick of having to do pulverize or farm that stupid hell for the lightning werewolf
you know whats over tuned, the fact you found this out, and it's amazing for druid, yet the barbarian can still walk in and one shot her, and druids gonna get the nerf dumped on it, and barb'll get a buff so it can probably 1 shot 2 of her.
Blizzard has no idea when it comes to balance. Instead of scaling everything down to a reasonable, readable level, the damage is simply increased to an absurd level.
Goodbye Druid 😢 I'd just like to add that this build took ~4 minutes to kill Lilith at the 3:40 - 7:40 minute mark and that other classes are doing this exponentially faster Further building on this and S5 PTR Barbarians and hydra and lightning Sorc's are doing this fight in under 30 seconds
been playing Druid every season, always made 2; the meta, and a companion build. Druid is broken, my tornado/wolf with almost perfect gear, starless skies, all items at min. masterwork lvl11 - Does half the dmg my lvl85 barb does (also good gear and have 55k AP, while druid have 22K) The thing is it is obvious; look at the skills, look at class specific uniques, look at tempering options, look at aspects: Barbs are simply superior across the board.
somewhere in the past blizz made comment that they dont want giga big infinite numbers but keep it more realistic..well 13 T dmg is realistic.. according to Blizz....yep, just keep the number small.
Could this be a new trend in MMOs? Buffing and boosting and generally making games better rather than nerfing everything into the ground and turning games to shit? I mean, helldiver's 2 is doing the same thing. Buffing and boosting rather than nerfing. Let's hope so.
Damage is better, playstyle and clear still needs alot of work. Creeper is fine but the aiming on wolf and raven skills and how they function makes it a pain to play.
Shako, thats the name of the base helm in diablo 2. In d2 items dropped unideintified and on the floor they were shown as its base item name: ex, hat, padded armor. Shako was the elite version of hat
Getting tired of blizzard not being able to balance. In the end i dont care if something is a bit overtuned, but going from 17 dmg to trillions just makes me wonder what is going on here
Actually that is my build right now and companion druid is really strong, my 1 werewolf companion dishes more damage than my character and way way tankier
