DIABLO 4 Opening Cinematic (2023) 4K ULTRA HD 

I've never played Diablo but after that, yeah I'm definitely playing Diablo 4. That has to be one of the best video game intros of all time.

There's a side quest in southern Hawezar that takes you into a temporary dungeon called the "Halls of Dark Portent". It's this place from the cinematic, and you break down a door to find the corpses of the three men in the summoning chamber.

i LOVE the symbolism of lilith grabbing her summoner's hand. it looks so reminiscent of "creation of adam," especially reflected in the eyes of the priest. gorgeous

I think this is the best cinematic Blizzard has made yet. They've always went above and beyond for launch cinematics but this one was so different. The directing, cinematography, and designs are perfect. That first reveal of Lilith's face, translucent and the angle of her head is breath taking! So creepy without being cliche. It would make a great wallpaper or poster haha. This set up the theme of the game perfectly. Whoever was in charge of the themes, color palate, and direction of these cinematics should get a raise! This really blew me away and I had to look it up later to watch it again. Phenomenal.

"Its a gate". Think that one moment is on top of anything i've ever watched from a game trailer. That is pure horror right there. Amazing game so far!!!

Holy f balls, all that time playing as the Warrior or Barbarian and slaying endless monsters and demons and descending through endless catacombs - this cinematic really does give it a sense of realism

It was one of the best fucking scenes I've ever seen in my life so I just really had to come back here and watch it a second time

A girl here. I found Elias hot beyond words. Everything about him in this cinematic is simply perfect. His voice… “it’s a gate”… what a voice… gives me goosebumps no matter how many times I watch this. Just too good.

I played abit of Diablo 2 years ago at a friends house so this is my first full Diablo experience. Going in totally blind, and experiencing this was beyond incredible. Totally sets the tone of impending dread!

It was cool to come across this location randomly in the optional quest "By Three They Come" in act 4. It took me a minute to realize where I was.

This cinematic made me buy the game. Outstanding!!

Blizzard has the best music for their games and Diablo is no exception. Good Diablo team I'd say that was a mighty fine piece of work. I appreciate the orchestra and band of all those who made the music possible.

I got this game with the bundle and this scene caught me so off guard. It scared tf outta me in a good way.

First time Diablo player here and this opening scene blew me away. The voice acting, cinematography, horrific imagery, music and the grand reveal of the main enemy of the game was breathtaking. Literally knowing nothing about this world and then you get this build up to Lilith being reborn makes you feel as a player that this thing is a literal god. Blizzard outdo themselves with their cinematics, best in the business

You know it’s strange. I did the side quest where you track down the party that went to the place where Lilith was summoned and finding those who left before the ritual happened. Yet when you get to the chamber where the remains of Symon and the other two who were sacrificed you find one of them to be a woman, yet in this cinematic there is clearly no woman with them at any point.

Anybody else rewatched this trailer after completing the the corresponding side quest chain?
