Just fyi, accursed Touch only works with defensive, macabre, or agility skills...I tested by using every skill for 20 minutes and accursed touch never fired off!
I'm feeling the same. Hit 90 with blood surge but boss kill speed is slacking. Getting into farming these end game bosses and it just takes so long. Looking for boss killer builds and this or infinimist seems to be the way to go.
Yeah just about anyone who looks into necromancer beyond the 1-100 in 3 nanosecond videos would know that blood surge is the best for 1-50 however it’s not as good after you get other aspects for other builds. It’s the easiest to do since you really only need one aspect for its offensive power but after that it falls short compared to blood lance and bone spear builds.
What I did in pre-season was 1-50 I did minions. I got to 50 and felt minions fall off hard. I switched to bone spears fully around level 55-60 and it was a monster. I only hit level 74 on that toon before they nerfed vulnerable damage and all that during pre season. This season I did bone spear to start and I regret it. As soon as I hit level 50 I started flying through that paragon board and got exponentially stronger. I regret not starting minions again doing them 1-50.
Hey thats exactly what im about to do. Bloodsurge is sweeeet for leveling but takes forever for bosses. And bone spear kinda reminds me of my pong days.lol
My exact Build but I'm using Blood Mist which I think I'll ditch for Decripify as I don't even use it while blasting. I was fortunate to get a Shako so this will work nicely. Still trying for The Grandfather which would send Attack Power over 20,000! (I'm at about 14,300 currently). Beaten Lilith and Duriel with ease.
@@dennisjohnston7967 I'm using Rob's Bone Spear Build with Uniques. Update: I got a Grandfather and Starless Ring. Combination is pretty crazy and strong. 100's are child's play and bosses equally so. I did got the Decripify which I love to just slow down the Mobs. It's OP. Not sure about this Malignant Ring though that's coming up - we'll see.
I guess necro need some kind of rework , the best builds is just sacrifice minions , if its all that why not just play sorc , a necro is a necro , the minions should be one of the big things of the necro , maybe get rid of the sacrifice thing and get some bonus to use the minions , give them more utility and put the control of the minions in only one skill , they should have auto revive and not a buttom to revive them bc is boring , the buttom should be like the golem , a special atack to focus them in an area to attack .
It's too late for that, if they made all these people that are playing bone sorcerer switch to using minions we would never hear them stop crying that they ruined necromancer for them when they have been playing a different class to start with.
If you are still farming the exposed flesh, farm rings out of the purveyor. Couldn't find one to save my life. Saw that tip and got it withing one round of pulling rings.
Personally would either swap grasping veins to your focus. Or put splintering on your focus if thats an option. I ended up with doom bringer and just dropped splintering for accelerating on my focus
It was nerfed compared to before, at a bar level. Until season gets going and we learn how to maximize the build, nobody can really know where it ends up
Just curious as to why you're using crit damage and vulnerable damage on your weapon after the crit and vul nerfs? Wouldn't main stat, and all stat be more valuable since those are multiplicative still while any additions to crit or vul are just additive?
Can someone clarify the importance of Disobedience, if you're capped out at 85% Dam. Reduction from armor? It seems to me that Disobedience then becomes obsolete. Or am I wrong?
How are you doing billions of damage per second (dps) if you're critting for 1m per crit hit? The build isnt that fast, youd have to crit 100-200m per shard to be able to say you do billions per sec. Is there a way to get those big crit hits in S2? I was doing 65-72m crit hits with a wand and shield in S1, or 150+ with a 2h. Curious how bad the nerf was for S2.
Enjoying the build, but I don't see where shadow damage comes into play at the end of the paragon board? Can anyone enlighten me? Thinking of switching the PB to the Maxroll one with imbiber and gravekeeper because the whole end of this board seems like a waste.
Mostly this build with Lidless Wall is just so much fun to play and still kick ass in the NMs. But, I'm looking at taking your advise here for alternating between a defensive/offensive mode switch for efficiency.
Anyway without the aspect that vives black energy when you hit vuln mobs u Can t play it and i doubt u find it before lvl 100 since it IS so friggin rare.

I put a similar build together but have deathless visage, disobedience chest, splintering gloves, shielding storm pants, ghostwalker boots, grasping veins amulet, and torment + accel on my rings (to try to boost essence regen). Grandfather is essentially serration but constantly applied regardless of essence so you can drop that aspect for survivability/essence. Still having issues with essence and dying to higher tier NMs when bone storm is down, though. Thinking I'll need to swap torment with exposed flesh and throw might in there somewhere with tibaults. Hope this brainstorming helps lol glhf!!
Ive got a comparative build other than the unique and the crit dam and i hit no where near that damage. Not sure how to change that. Any info would be appreciated.
@marcoalves7529 yea struggling also. I have over 700%+ crit damage, 200%+ vulnerable damage, 80%+ damage while healthy etc cant remember by bone crit or physical damage % but hitting 200-400k still. My attack is over 20k and my bone spear base is over 40k so I don't really get how I'm hitting low. It's frustrating
@@marcoalves7529 Im max level. But i have 25k out in the field with wand and shield with about 13k hp and 9k def. I just cant get those high stats enough though i think i have fairly high stats. Theres something missing to the multiply but i dont know what
infinimist just speedruns lvl100s while they suck ass on boss fights. my fastest clear was 45secs lvl 100 with a boss. bone spear is good for boss farming or group play. working on mist+mendeln build to see how it works.
"Most of..." Blood lance can kill her by skipping it all too with 0 uniques. Stop comparing them by making them against each other. Bone spear, blood lance, and blood surge can all clear it and that is a GOOD thing.
This game has 1 more season to sound serious, else I'm out for good. Season of Barber. Followed by season of ball lightning. And they dare say they promote build diversity.
@@GrownOutMyJeansget off RU-vid man... There are so many other builds out there. Just because players choose to use the same builds doesn't mean the game doesn't support it. I switched to blizzard sorc and have just as much fun and do basically same damage. You can't blame developers for what their players do if they potential is there. What you're seeing is the effect of influencers influencing the game. It's no longer even meta, it's all social media driven...
@curveofsound I'll stay wherever the f I want to stay. You're allowed your train of thought and so am I. For a game dev to admittedly refuse to take responsibility for bugged interaction or just straight out miscalculated damage output mandates being called out on it. Now take a chill pill, pop a beer and go throw ur snow.
@@curveofsound also, you can certainly blame dev. Leaving duping exploits. Eternal to season transfers, gold glitches, etc. You said it yourself. Players will abuse any system devs let them. It's their responsibility to make it work properly.
not sure if "strongest build in the game". definetly strong for necromancers. my sorc melts lilith before she could fly up on the first phase and on her second phase her health is basically non existent.
I’m assuming it’s because you’re using temerity. That is a bug with a weird interaction between crit, overpower using it. Once that’s corrected, we won’t be doing as much damage.
Seasons suck and ruined the game. I just want to play with my base game character and try new builds BUT I can’t because everything is SEASON 2!!!!!!!! Who cares. I’m not starting another playthrough. And now there is no content for base game players. What a waste of my money.
