Thanks for sharing, what a great project. I love seeing the behind the scenes stuff and I really like seeing Benni's work as well! Great job to you both.
I enjoyed this video because despite the use of additional tools like 3D imaging and such, it shows it could still be done without all those things. Take away the computer, software, printers, etc... she could still get to the final product regardless. Maybe the finished product without all the extra tools wouldn't look as sharp or detailed, but it would still look close to the reference.
Heck yeah, mockups! Awesome work, as always! Sewing Level-up Tip: When doing your test runs and mockups, especially with super fitted or stretch garments, use fabric that behaves similarly to what you will use in the final garment. If your mockup fabric is [stretchier/not as stretchy/not as sturdy/way thicker/in any way significantly different] than your fashion material, it can lead to the final product behaving unpredictably (or, in the worst of cases, the final product is unwearable, which is The Actual Worst[tm], especially if you're in a time crunch).
I love you two journey together ❤. I love how your husband have your back when you need something designed and sanded. I love how happy and soft you are. Keep it up husband and wife. 👍. It’s always a joy seeing you two.
That was an amazing build, guys. And only two weeks! Wow!!! I'd have more than a few meltdowns myself, doing such a project in such a short amount of time. Along with moving to a new country. You two must have nerves of steel. Always enjoy your videos and learn so much. Thank you! Because of you I am getting more familiar with sewing for cosplay and have actually just recently made my first sewn costume through your help and am super proud of how it turned out. Keep up the amazing work and thank you again!
Can you give us a link or the name of the boots you purchased for this project? Amazing cosplay btw! Your video always inspired me to get back to making cosplay.
Amazing and inspirational as always! You and Benni are awesome! Do you remember the site.you got the boots from.? Im looking for a pair that can be used across different builds. Amazing look wit a bit of weathering.
I can’t resist the image of a badass female Necro with a little cute dog following her. You out did yourself, but you could really make your character your own by having your corgi there, and making up a backstory why she has one.
Im always afraid to add texture to my foam armor because i dont want people to think its unprimed worbla and think i dont know how to prime worbla lol.
I love the chainmail pants! I'm gonna have to use that in the future. Right now for chainmail, I buy some expensive metallic mesh. This method looks way more affordable!
That is so totally awesome and cool and I love your cosplay it looks so wonderful and amazing made a digivice d3 out of wood in 2020 and I made a goldar sword out of wood in 2022, and a thuder saber from the Power Rangers out of metal and wood in 2022, and I made a Mulan and Shan Yu swords out of metal and wood in April this year and I also made a Lord Zedd staff from the Power Rangers out of wood in 2022. ❤️💛💚💙💜🤩🥰😍🌷🌺⚘️🌹💐
Can't believe you did that in 2 weeks ❤❤❤ I'm going to my first convention internationally in Germany (Dokomi) Any advice/tips on the cosplay culture at cons there appreciated! Also any recommendations for places to get glue appreciated 😂
Really love the necromancer costume from Diablo IV looks just as great from in game even the make up and Runes, that Scythe was epic looking too great cosplay ❤️ 👏
What boots did you use here? They appear to be (modified) commercially available ones, if they're still something one can buy online, those could be really handy for some costuming plans I have
I've missed you guys! I was just saying a couple days ago how I haven't seen you upload in a while and was wondering how you guys are getting along in Portugal! Your workshop looks amazing 😍
you do very well. Your necromancer costume looked great. Shop is pretty cool too. maybe a look at your shop and your collection that is getting pretty big? Please and thank you. Keep up the good work.
Do you ever want to craft a armor from the leged of Zelda ? btw, I love your cosplays and I startet with cosplay because of you and your amazing costums.
Love he new workshop was about to ask if that's your new home! And i missed you guys videos so much so happy to see you are back and have more on the way, you guys bring joy to my life! No back to learning blender i go!
Benni question! What do You think - for all craft modelling related needs, is it better to learn Blender or zBrush considering i had no previous experience in any of them?
For a large weapon with a blade like that may I suggest a finger-sander. I find that its belt like sanding design makes it so much quicker than the round drimmel.
great cosplay of my favorite class svetlana i love watching you and benny's collaborations on projects my only complaint is the hair is a little too clean i noticed the new workshop. very nice
14:50 - Can you name/list the materials you used … 4:39 - Could you please stop calling it chainmail it is called maille … otherwise you might as well call a sword a computer
The costume turned out awesome! I was watching all the reels on IG but I always wait for your longer videos❤ I don't really play games or do cosplay myself, but I absolutely love watching your process and it just makes me really want to *CRAFT* something😅 For now I have absolutely no time for it, but each time I see one of your videos my fingers get this tingling sensation of wanting to build something, and one day I sure will😅 Cannot wait for your future projects, your stuff is awesome!
Klasse Cosplay! So eine Metallösen Zange verwenden wir auch, wie schafft ihr es das die Öse nicht jedes mal am Bolzen der Zange hängen bleibt? Das ist jedes mal so ein gefummel.
