Your video wholly lacked any value in regards to subject matter. People dont tune in to watch someone show them how a screen works, people want to see the performance value, seeing driving after programminging. At least I do, and logic dictates anyone who is of reasonable mind. I woulnt watch anymore of your videos or information due to its lack of depth or range. But hey, some people enjoy the very simplistic Non knowledge based videos such as yours. "Warning my honest may hurt your feelings" your video is equal to reading the instruction manual that anyone can do and that Diablo offers videos on already.
Beat it douchebag. You completely missed the value in video and thought adding a superiority complex laced comment would somehow make anything you said relevant. Idiot. There are other track related videos post tuning on the channel. Do your due diligence and search before commenting.
@@EastCoastJeepSRT I actually just got mine today and there were quite a few things in this video that helped me. Also at over 17,000 views, it must not be that bad.
Did you nap threw english class? If you were aiming to sound like an asshole, you missed by a long shot. You did however hit dead center on ignorant as fuck..."wholly? programminging??
Great vid. Thanks. That freezing up may be caused due to the close proximity to the radar detector. The detector may be creating a small rf transmission that the tuner doesn't like. Just a thought.
Thanks for the review, at this price it really needs to be wireless... but like you said after your tuned up you delay don't need the head unit unless ... but that's personal preference. Thanks again for the overview/ review. 🥃cheers🍻
Florida who would have guessed, most from the state would find a problem with even the air they breathe! It’s a tuner ok not a video game find a screen stay there, or turn it off. Maybe tune your dog I mean dodge unplug it put it in your closet your trunk or in someone else’s possession. Get on with finding something Real to complain about..
I don’t live in Florida, Scooter. Imagine being such a fragile little man that you rushed through your dumb comment and didn’t even know where we were located. Go back in the closet where you came out of. Goofy simp

Personally, I find your explanations most helpful... My Question would be, as I have an older Jeep (2000), and only a 4.0L, would you recommend this device for this application, or is there another that may be more suitable?
I have a question about the tuner itself. I know you said you didn't like it because of the freezing up and being buggy right now, but how good is it as far as tuning your jeep? I mean, did you notice a substantial increase in h.p., torque, fuel mileage??? I don't have an SRT like yourself. I have an '05 Grand Cherokee LTD with the 5.7 and I would really like to get more out of it without going into the engine itself. Everything about it is stock! I've had it for just a few months now and love it! I just feel like it's capable of so much more than it's doing right now! Thanks.
Richard V I was tuned by HHP and we gained over 250 HP. Not about the tuner itself but what we had done and the amount of timing I was able to advance. In my honest opinion you would be better off not tuning your Jeep. It’s not gonna be financially worth it.
👍 cool beans you answered my questions. I was wandering if I could get real time readings from this thing and trouble shoot codes as well as performance tune. I may buy this toy try on my old v6 charger project so I can dedicate one memory card to the same machine throughout its life from being a near dead stock v6 to getting a dual Flowmaster outfit to me swapping out a turbo stroker and a sixspeed and putting challenger 3.6 sensors in it.
So I’m looking into getting some long tube headers on my 15 JGC SRT. I was told I would need to get a unlocked PCM and of course a tuner. Have you done that mod yet? I have the SW cat back system now.
This thing is an over priced P.O.S. Constantly has to reboot. Marginal change if that.... 20 second quarter mile. What the hell makes this thing worth $600 ? O yeah let's not forget how all of a sudden my ABS and brake lights keep going off even though there's no problem with them at all
Hey bud enjoy your videos, looking at the D1x have a F1A-94 on my first gen Camaro.... One thing bugging me on your Trinity it keeps showing a MAP KPA of 156 at idle that would be about 5 psi of boost idling LOL....56kpa 5 psi of vacuum wonder why it's showing you in positive pressure ....Can you set the IAT for error or use a timing pull based on it ? Does it store multiple tunes
Mike Ammargon You don’t “need” it plugged in once you load a tune. You can just load whatever tune you have, then unplug it and put it away until you need to change tunes or check something.
This performance shop guy said the tuners do nothing but change throttle response And said to go to him for a expensive dump tune I’m not sure as I just want to do any bolt on I can to help my daily handle it’s weight as I did already save on fuel for a 1300km drive I do regular

Geezz!! Why does it keep Having the Error Occur?? He's not even doing anything and it popping up with Errors.. I Hope they Fixed it... I Don't wanna Pay Such Fee to Get This Crap.
Thinking about getting the cheaper I3 model for my 2011 Jeep GC. But for $379 and just a bunch of stuff displayed, I'd rather try it for a day and return it if I don't like it.
With the issues that you were having, I would have gotten ahold of Diablosport and have it warrantied. I have a trinity t2 ex platinum and the only problem that I have with it is that it doesn't autosave the data logs
@@dustinjohnson7002 I actually did and still have it.. and honestly the tunes it comes w are trash you’d have to get a custom tune the only bad side of it
I almost actually got the diablosport intune3 8300 model, then realized you couldn't get custom tunes with that version. The diablosport intune3 platinum is the one needed I think the only difference between this version and the trinity 2 is the screen right?
The whole thing looks pretty slow and cheap. I don't know what kind of chip they use but they should probably try something new from snap dragon or adreno.
I have a question about tuning, can you see your custom tunes not the Diablo tunes but say someone wrote a tune and you hooked your computer to the T2 drop the file in the drive it comes up saying would you like to import tune you say yes then I bring the computer to the car find the tune on the T2 under install tune says would you like to install tune v6 say click install takes about two min and says car successfully tuned, now when I disconnect my computer from the T2 I can’t find any custom tunes on the T2 except for the Diablo tunes....Do you need your labtop plug in to the T2 to see custom tunes from my tuner or should I be able to see them with out the labtop and every time I plug it into the labtop it says it’s in demo mode and nothing will save, do you have the same problem or That’s normal, I’m going out of my mind trying to data log my new tunes my tuner is saying that all my data logs are the same and nothing is changing but I can feel my car changing? Need help Thanks
Reggie Pepin I would call Josh at HHP and ask him. I only know how to load the ones I was given. I have dragged and dropped emailed tunes into the T2 and can see them.
If you’re just changing the PIDs to show different data it will not affect your tune. You would have to physically alter that tune or load another one.
Ok bro I’m guessing you did not know that you have to change your PCM. I did not know this either. On my Ram it kept freezing and turning off and not holding the tune ect. I talked to Jay Greene at Greene racing and he said MOPAR needs new PCM to use a diablo sport tune or any tune . The PCM’s will not allow us to adjust settings and keep them and work properly. It will actually fry your PCM in time. My suggestion is to talk to Jay Greene I’ll send you the link if you’d like
Eric Early i had a Procharger installed by HHP. You can’t tune a stock inlocked PCM. This was a cracked PCM. At the time of this video Diablos software was extremely buggy. They’ve since corrected it:
@@EastCoastJeepSRT sorry to sound redundant... did it fix the bugs... ie... error code and freezing... looking into purchasing one now.... by the way good video!

I have the trinity also, was terrible to get set up at first, did a full swap on an older k10 truck with an ls, havnt had truck tuned as of yet, tried finding info on operating the trinity and theres nothing out there. Not to sure yet if I should have bought HP instead..?
Sam Shipley what problems are you having? They should have sent you a disk with videos on how to operate it. I believe they have all of the videos on their RU-vid channel as well
If you are trying to tune it yourself, you have to buy the license for the software. The tuner merely acts as a medium to send tunes from your computer to your pcm
you keep saying that your not a huge fan of the large ... full of useful information touch screen and once you upload the tune you can unplug the monitor.... do you know that you could have bought a much cheaper device from diablo sport to import the same exact tune ... you paid extra for the monitor... if you dont need to monitor any vitals on the motor then you completely wasted you money
Melanie Stott I know what I paid for. I paid for their best device available that was recommended by HHP. I never said I didn’t like the device at all, just don’t need it constantly plugged in. When it comes to uploading tunes it’s easy to use and has all the data I need if I’m data-logging. I’m ok with what I spent on it. Thanks for your concern though.
Jeremy Behrmann The canned tunes add minimal hp, so to answer you’re question, “yes”. I wouldn’t get one unless adding other modifications. I had a ProCharger D-1X on my Jeep. We added over 200 rwhp on 6 psi. I have a Trackhawk now and plan on getting it tuned in August to go from 707 crank to 900 hp. Will use the same handheld tuner along with a smaller pulley, larger injectors, etc
you can change a couple things having to do with shift points, fan temp turn on, and a couple others. but no you can not tell it what you've done to the car. that requires a custom tune.
My friend, how about the fuel economy with de diablo tunner?? I have a 2011 Grand Cherokee 5.7 V8 and I try to saving fuel but dont lose power, what do you think.
@@tpike46w the video is two years old. There have been a lot of updates. My current Trinity 2 doesn’t exhibit any of this. However, I will say that HP Tuners is a far superior product to DiabloSport
@@EastCoastJeepSRT so I got a 2018 Camaro ss 1LE would I have to crack the pcm and would I see any hp if I stayed stock seen another video of a guy said he gained 20hp stock on a the Diablo tune
Yes I have one question after you hook it up and it's in your car let's say can you unplug the back of it and take it into your house and plug it back in without it taking away anything or does it always have to stay plugged in
@@EastCoastJeepSRT so basically just leave the cord plugged in to the factory OBD or whatever it isbut then you can just unplug it from the back of it and just kind of pull it off the stand and take it inside
@@EastCoastJeepSRT thanks so much for the help I really appreciate that and that video was so helpful I just bought a neon and it's got it in there and a lot of horsepower and a lot of little gadgets so I'm learning to so it was a great video
