Nail on the head!! Since discovering this awesome activity my eyes are suddenly drawn to wide open flat areas. "Thats a lovely field!" I would say out loud in the car as my wife and daughter roll their eyes! I am reminded to keep my eye on the road but I'm looking for evidence of wind direction. BP (Before Paramotoring) a field was just a field. A beach was just a beach and I didnt care about wind direction. Now, I know words like "Laminar!" and "Butter" and when I talk to people I know about it they say "OK, so you put an engine with a propeller on your back, run under an over sized handkerchief.Are you nuts?"
OK, now there is a medical term for it. I've god a really bad case of it. Think it's so bad I won't be able to work...just fly everyday. May even have to drive all over the country just to find good wind and temperatures. Can I turn this into my health insurance? Please help Dr. Fly-Guy!

I used to dream of flying as a kid while looking out the school bus window. Now living the dream and feeding the addiction. I was hoping to meet you and fly with you while you were down here in Arizona. Maybe next year. I saw you flew with my buddy Nik at the Copper mine.
Hey man, Cant thank you enough! One video you made was a big influence on my decision to get trained. Been flying over a year now, and I suffer from parapsychosis! I cant get enough flying! didn't know you flew state side! love to share some air someday! Video was 10 reasons not to get into paramotoring or something like that.
Lol the first step to recovery is admitting you have an addiction... I dont think I'll admit my paramotor addiction.... I wanna keep it lol ;) great vid, thanks for takin us along ;)

@@fly-guyalberta3605 hello. I sent you a previous email about your big wing that you used with your quad. Would you be interested in selling this wing? Or do you have connections to buy a wing like this. I am in Ontario and there arent a lot of places here to buy equipment and I can really afford a new wing. I crashed my quad this spring (2 broken legs and 4 surgeries) and the paramedic cut my lines to get to me. I could get my wing fixed, but it's a 33 so I would prefer a big ,slow wing(newbie) .
