I go over the importance of standing more diagonal in boxing (fighting) as opposed to standing too much sideways. Better, reach and range for all your punches. Better balance and footwork/mobility as well.

Thank you for the videos you've been doing lately. It is because of you that I compete today. I learned how to box from your videos, here I am now 36 years old and boxing at the Bullethole in Victorville CA. I always been a fighter in the streets and on prison, about 8 years ago I started training from your videos in my garage now I box and now my 30s are the best years of my life( I wasted my 20s ) you've impacted my life thank you and God bless

So I tried this stance this morning like you advised. Felt great throwing those punches I can feel the pinch flow naturally along with speed and precision. Throwing the basic 1-2 or 1-2-3 combos felt natural and smooth. I can defend naturally as well like blocking or covering. This probably my new favourite boxing stance along with the basic stance. Great vid learned something new.

This is the best stance for southpaws. Even Pacquiao uses it. Lets the southpaws blast their left straights with ease. Only southpaw I can think of who gets away without using this stance is Rigondeaux who has an uncanny ability to gauge distance.

Rigo a freak of nature. Can stand totally sideways, front foot on the inside, and even duck his head down below his waist and still be alright.
