Diamond Painting WIP & Waffle | DAC Cosmic Trip 

For those that want glue dots for multi placers, the glue dot brand has one called glue dot lines. Its a rectangular glue dot. I roll them up on the sheet and it is long enough to fit a 10 placer in with just one. When I use it on a 4 placer I just cut off what I dont need and stick the Xtra back on the roll for the next time.

Dogs are like young children arnt they wanting Mummy cuddles when they’re poorly. My dogs have come running to me if they’ve hurt themselves or something scared them, I love it! Cosmic is looking so good, I think it’s one of DAC’s best kits. Sue

Hi Rebecca! Loved seeing you work on Cosmic today. It’s such a fun painting. As promised, I have an update on my sausage roll baking adventure, since your lovely community provided me with so many kind suggestions. I found a recipe for “copycat Greggs Sausage Rolls” and they came out wonderfully. My husband and I loved them and we’ll definitely be making them again. We had them with chips (fries) as was suggested by many. We also had them with a little side salad, but next time we will try them with the baked beans! I’m not sure if the “Gregg’s” version of a sausage roll is the best or not, but they were good to us! Also, for a bit more fun since we are on the topic, in the US we call all sizes of chips fries (or French fries…even though we all know they weren’t originally from France 🤪). However, we also sometimes refer to the chunky large ones as “Steak Fries.” I believe that is because they often serve the chunky ones with steaks in steakhouses, but who knows? 😁 This is a wonderful community and I’m glad to be a small part of it. Hi Rebecca! Cosmic trip seems to be coming along nicely. I totally agree with you about the drills falling in the lock of the craftmate storage. I ended up using the storage for the advent and I was quickly annoyed with it. I found that using a small spoon or scoop can help assuming you have steady hands 🤣.

Hello, happy mother's day! I'm a first time commenter and often have you, or another one of my few diamond painting youtubers on in the background as background noise to work on mine. Also excuse the long comment. Currently I'm working on the Horror the need mystery kit by Diamond Art Club, and "Ladybug on Sunflower" by Diamond Art Club as a birthday gift for an elderly woman that lives with me. One square and one round is a great way to switch off for sanity! Even if I only have until the 27th of March to finish the birthday gift and I can't do it around her, so it's definitely a grind. Especially when my cat, Bella, decides to curl up in my lap with my legs cross legged and makes me stretch, making my lower back and hips absolutely kill me. I love her, though. 😂 The mystery kit is a ton of fun! It's my first mystery kit, and despite not knowing the artist, I looked at his other works and loved them. Some are actually on my wishlist. It's just a ride to do something that's coming to life before your eyes, and the guessing was definitely fun, though I figured out what the picture is (but I won't share for spoilers!). If there's another mystery kit theme or artist that catches my eye, I will definitely do it again. On Dynamic Floral, why don't you write down the symbols you need to do first and keep that sheet of paper with the kit so you don't have to find out every time? It seems like a time saver. And I'm loving Cosmic! I kinda wanna get it for myself as I love astronomy.

Just practice with word search you will find words and letters backwards and forwards upside down and every which way you can. The trashie tray could be mini vest, with the Craft mates storage. Use a plastic spoon

I have been working on my HAED and am now past 25%. I worked on a round partial to get me back into it. I managed to put my washing out this morning, much prefer to put bedding on the line.

That looks really good, Rebecca, and the colors are so pretty 😍 I have 1 DAC Mystery Painting. I bought it last year because I saw what it will be. Hi Rebecca I Sunday while I was going mad trying to refill my containers. Yes static the air was blue I'm pleased you couldn't hear me. 😂 I decided to use the tweezers with the point and put holes in the bags before opening move them around and left them and enjoyed your chat. Tuesday I opened the bags the static was less. Not saying it works completely but it helped me. Maybe it would help someone else. Love to you and the family ❤️

i've found that I owe someone here an apology...She mentioned using tweezers for squares and I thought, in all honesty, she was nuts. Guess what. She's not. For squares the tweezers (the good ones that is) are just as fast as single-placing with the pen. And much easier to keep the silly things semi-straight. As for your WIP & Waffles, I have to say your voice is my background sound most of the time, no matter what I'm doing. For some reason, my damaged mind finds your voice restful, bringing a little bit of peace to a brain in mid-panic-attack almot all the time lol. So thank you very very much for all of your videos. You save me so many meds rofl.

Hi Rebecca! Its me Natalie, I have a similar problem with my DAC mystery kit where the colors with more quantity have very bad quality, but it is mostly the browns and darker colors which are so abundant. Another problem I have is that some of the colors which are abundant and dark clump together! It is so annoying I spent one whole hour separating the diamonds and once I was done I didn't feel like diamond painting anymore. But the picture is very nice, I wish I could say what it is but I don't want to ruin the fun if people are working on this kit. Other than that have a wonderful rest of your day!'

I knew you would know a better name than 'trashy' for that adorable little tray. Took a survey of my little guys/gals and they decided they want to be called just plain Zest as they will be in the same ranking as the other trays. About Dreamer Designs. Do I remember correctly that you recently bought one with hopefully better canvas and symbols? I will be interested to hear your thoughts on them as i just threw out two of their canvases and am giving away 3 others as I really, really dislike them. I had put them aside for about a month or so and then decided that I wouldn't be completing them so I needed put away the diamonds. When I started opening the bottles, I remembered another reason I disliked them - STATIC!!! I had 60 colors to dekit and that is a ton of static. Too bad I couldn't capture all that power to pay my electric bill! Anyway, I was about halfway through the battle when I thought to cut the bag across the top instead of just the corner - helped a bit but not quite enough. So then I added another cutting the bags from top to bottom and then across the bottom. The diamonds released beautifully...until I unintentionally clipped my finger a good one. Blood all over the place! And let me tell you, diamonds have absolutely no tolerance for blood! Jumping all over the place - on my hand, over the edge of the table, back into the bottle case - just all over! Bandaged the finger, cleaned up the blood, finally finished the dekitting and then promptly found the canvases and tossed them in the trash. Enough...until I hear how you do with your new ones. No hurry, I'm so mentally damaged that it could take a year or two to recover! Anyway, enough complaining about my troubles, just one more question: What's the plan for June WIP and Waffle? I've ordered ALL the Paintgem kits just in case you do them again - want to be prepared you know! Love to you and your family and to our family here at Add More Zest!!! You bring so many smiles to my face and that's a very good thing!

I was watching you using the pick up pen and was wondering if you have trouble with residue? I have some trouble but it could be the Australian temperatures, even though we have the aircon on. It might be better when we get cooler weather. I try not to press too hard with the ABs but maybe I am the problem.
