My mom died earlier this year. I was driving one day and heard this song on the radio. Tears came down my face and I couldn’t stop crying. I would anything to have one more day with my mom. She made me who I am today. I miss her everyday.
Me father died in 2009 on thanksgiving, i was a daddy's girl and he loved me unconditionally. I hear this song and i wish I would have had one more day with him. We had planned to go out to his favorite chinese buffet the day after thanksgiving but he died in his sleep that evening. I beat myself up for not seeing him sooner in the VA hospice but I had a really bad case of bronchitis and i didn't get well till 2 days before he died so that's why we planned on going out the day after thanksgiving. This song makes me think of my father and how much I miss him. RIP Dad 💔
