Thanks for taking the time to review these guys! I got Tron and Sark at Walgreens a few years ago. I'm sure I paid full price for them...whatever that was at the time. Appearance-wise, I think they look great standing on the shelf. But, I agree they aren't a lot of fun to pose, and trying to use the data disks for much of anything is an exercise in frustration, sadly. Everything just feels really stiff, wooden and limited. I don't have many DS figures, and my experiences with the two TRON figures I have kept me away from getting any more. I'm probably missing out on some great stuff, maybe, but I like to get figures that can work as well as they look.

Incredible price for those, I paid a LOT more for both. I found the a lot of the same issues you did. They look nice, quality is good, but they don’t feel quite as “magical” as the originals.

I'd love to pick up either of these to go with my Space Paranoids Sora that Diamond put out a long while ago. I wish we'd get some Legacy figures too some day, that's one of my favourite movies of all time.

I am glad to have waited for buying these figures. They sounded pretty good on paper and during a reveal. However, one thing that still remains with me is that the technology evolved from using multiple negatives and other methods of lighting to create the ominous lighted environment is truly fascinating. Thanks for this review.

Nice TRON review, sorry to see the figure ankle dug in there while adjusting. Not being able to hold the discs easily is a concern, agreed. Thanks! I'm sure you've heard filming is happening now for Tron 3: Ares in 2024.

I don't have any Tron action figures but I would be more likely to get one with the movie look.

A black light makes a big difference.

They're pretty cool, and I might get them. But I'm rather suprised with the number of issues they have. Diamond selects usually have better quality than this. I don't think I want to know what they were originally going for with that many problems. That sale price is perfect for figures like this, but I certainly wouldn't want to pay more than that. And I'm a be a big fan of the original film, but I am picky on what merch I get due to space restrictions.

Here we are again with the translucent figure thing haha. These are true to the movie and the Neca remakes of the Tomy were actually pretty good so this isnt Crystar again ha!

For the price they are ok figures.

Diamond Select have never made much that impressed me. I tried there Kingdom Hearts stuff when they started their Disney licensing and they just didn't hit right, but if they did then I would've absolutely got these to go with them. Because like most people my age I only know of Tron thanks to those games and it would be cool to have him with the KH cast on a toy shelf, but these just aren't for me.
