After clearing raptors, wolves, and gromp for the second time (with or without a scuttle crab), you can hit level 5 just before Grubs/Dragon spawns. Diana might be the only champ that can do this path and hit scuttle on spawn with smite up.
E second is slightly faster, but less healthy which is riskier for all kinds of invades.
