Diana is able to perform publicly in Moscow now and on her web site she has released several videos of songs recorded at these gigs. This is how we first saw her Arabic cover of a Dalida song. The venues are small and the recorded sound quality is not always top-notch.* But it must be marvelous for the audience to hear her in such an intimate setting. Particularly interesting in this cycle of performances has been watching Diana develop her amazing interpretation of a song translated as "Finicky Horses". *She also recently recorded a session for the broadcaster Autoradio, that does have professional quality sound. It is published on their yt channel, not Diana's. As for Diana's ability to elicit an emotional response... Well that is what drew me to her in the first place. Some vocal coaches seem to miss this important aspect of Diana's artistic talent. They get caught in the minutiae of a technical analysis. Not, for all your knowledge, a fault you have succumbed too.

Diana is one of the most promising singers of this moment worldwide. She is not only a super singer, but also a very nice person. I hope that she will get enough time to learn more about singing, composing and acting. But most of all about how to manage your own success. She really makes me emotional with many of her songs.

I second that request! Diana was 14 when she performed Rechenka. It's a Russian folksong about a young betrothed girl who goes to the river (Rechenka), which is the boundary between the living and the dead, to ask for her mother's blessing on her marriage. You should use the recording from the same show and Wicked Game. Ironically Diana herself was an orphan.

Alexander Stepin is the man who arranged Wicked Game for Diana and he arranged Take On Me for her as well. He arranged Cranes, Havana, and Wave unless I'm mistaken (along with Nastya Pak for the French lyrics - the song is sung in Russian and French). Diana has a rich, powerful, unique timbre with an unusually beautiful voice. It's also refreshing to hear something different than singers seeming to compete with each other with their endless melisma showcase songs making them all sound kinda the same...with marked exceptions of course. Also, my apologies for calling you a bit of a know it all on the Dimash video in reference to the pop music thing. I don't dispute you know more than I do when it comes to music...but hey, we are all not so brilliant at times. I'm no Einstein to be sure. :)
