Diana was the best thing about this episode even with it being Danny Thomas's show. It's unfortunate she didn't do more acting she seems like a natural. Why didn't she get more accolades for this guest spot? she was terrific here. It's very poignant that she played "two different" Diana's
Is anybody else catching that although the white assistant is the one screaming and insulting everyone (albeit on Miss Hendricks' behalf), Danny only ever directs his rant at Diana, and never says a single thing to the assistant?

No actually when asked in an interview when her career was still hot why she didn't do more films she stated that if she did films in addition to the touring and recording that she was already doing she would have no time for her children I respect her for that her children have all spoken about what a wonderful mother she is and how her career was scheduled around them when they were growing up
