There's a big conspiracy about it how the cops were in on it because diane walked in a room at a party and saw a deal go down that she shouldn't have seen etc. You can listen to "christie hugi speaks out"( its the daughter who testified against Diane ) grown up and admits she never really saw diane shoot them. The fact they let the prosecutor adopt the kids is weird too. Almost like they felt guilty . No actual evidence tied diane to it. No murder weapon, no gun shot residue and the only reason she went to jail was because of what Christie testified. Christie now says it wasn't true though so wtf! This case is wild. Plus, Diane could've been out yearsss ago, had she just admitted guilt. She never has. If she was that evil you think she would admit it and say she found god etc. Idk. This case just doesn't add up to me . Very sad case.

She didn't have a boyfriend she had an affair with a married man who only wanted her for sex. He had no obligation to the children. Despite how immoral his relationship with Diane was, he was repulsed at her murderous actions. Plus, he didn't want children. The father had violated the court order, and he gave up custody because he didn't have the resources to care for special needs children. Her parents, I guess, if Diane accused her father of molestation (although it came out, he didn't), they were not eligible at the time. Diane also has 4 other siblings. We don't know everything only Diane is guilty of murdering Cheryl her middle child. Christie had a stroke, and Danny was paralyzed. Diane is guilty of these acts, period. She caused this tragedy for a man who didn't love her. Her remaining children were adopted away from this monster.

He may have been asked to tape the phonecalls, and that's why he is allowing the contact. Second reason could be he figures she'll do something crazy if it blows her off cold. So he's walking the line in between. He can't stand her but doesn't want to make her mad.

I lived in Salem when she did this and it was all over news of course. The DA and his wife couldn't have babies themselves and ended up adopting both Danny and Christy. They got tons of help and therapy, physical and otherwise. I'm so happy that it happened that way for those children, they deserved a good family and parents who loved them. Diane was pregnant when she went to prison and her daughter was adopted by good people too. Diane escaped after 3 yrs in Oregon Womens Prison and was hiding at some mens apartment trying hard to be impregnated again. She was recaptured and relocated to a prison out of state, for high risk escape prone ladies.

I thought he lost custody of the kids bc he told Diane the time and location of where he was taking them one day and Diane showed up and took christy on a ride for 3 hours and then Christy didn’t speak for 3 days after …. So the court took away custody from the dad and reprimanded Diane. That’s what I heard on another video.

With him it was a one night fling and then he couldn’t get rid of her. Be careful who you sleep with.

What she is saying here happened to me --read on, but first: Please read this: Did the police check her hands/arms for powder burns from the gun????? You never hear of that at all. I mean, that would prove it 100% yet I have NEVER EVER heard they found powder burns on her hands/arms. I am no saying she is innocent but that would prove it. ALso years ago on our small private road by the lake where I grew up a man attacked me- which just didn't happen where I grew up NEVER, it was very safe there -- I don't want to go into it here in detail, but I was in the hospital EIGHT days and I am a total germ freak-I was freaking out because I hate hospitals. After a few days there, all of a sudden eveyrthing changed: the cops/investigators were saying it could have been done by myself???? WHY/ What purpose, being a germ freak...- I mean my head on the sidee was so battered it perforated my ear drum, blood all over the place debris in mytemple area, it was horrid I had double vision for over a week, I was so nauseuous I couldn't move my eyes at all I had to keep them straight ahead at all times, I couldn't lay down I had to sleep sitting up or else I would get SO dizzy and throw up- I couldn't understand WHY they were insinuating this. This case made me think of that incident with me because maybe there WAS a man that stopped her. I man stopped me asking about a lost kitten of which I SAW the flyers on that road so I thought it was a man that lived in one of the side roads there. When DD said that about a man approached her car, maybe she thought he needed some assistance or something. She also inferred they weren't investigaing this person that she said apporached her car or something to that affect, SAME with me, they told me after a couple of months to, in essence, leave them alone, stop asking about the investiagion, and they had a line-up planned, never happened after i picked out the three mugshots , I was supposed to go on a drive with the PD to the person's place of work in a tinted window undercover car and ID the person in the parking lot, that never happened either, and to this day 25 years later no one was charged even though I picked the man out of 66 photos in three different photos, and they were shocked I was able to do that --because he looked different in each of the three photos; (he WAS seen in that road talking to home owners who were friends of his a few weeks before I think it said), . SO that made me think about what she is saying here .regarding PD; I experienced a similar thing and I was the assault victim
