So I’ve watched this a few times and I noticed a few tells here this time. The part where she says “I’m not even trying to look for the guy that did it…” and then went on to say that she’s just trying get her “…life back together.” VERY telling.

Her OWN father told the police the night it happened that he thought she did it Bc she’s right handed and her left arm was shot.

She is absolutely desperate to get him to agree not to take the lie detector test, while trying to hide her desperation and make it sound like she's protecting HIM. HE doesn't need protection...they both know that but she's sure she'll get him convinced that his freedom is at stake. That said, shouldn't her priority be her kids, considering 1 of them is already dead and the others are clinging to life! An innocent person wouldn't care who's implicated, they would just be desperate to find out who did it, not desperate to protect anyone. She's the most narcissistic woman ever!!

Her blackmail attempts of his wife are so pathetic and so transparent. It's wonderful to see her melting down her own ridiculous stories, right before our eyes. She hears how absurd and weak they sound to Knick's ears, then scrambles to come up with something less stupid, fails, scrambles for something else, fails, loses her temper in frustration, it's great!

She tries blaming her lovers wife Charlene. She will say something and when the person disagrees she acts like she agrees with them She tried this throughout all her parole hearings

30 minutes of my life wasted and the same sentence, the same subject, she is relentless in her rambling and utter hokum. Why does she keep saying 'they proved I didn't do it' She is so desperate for him it makes the motive of her killing them because he didn't want kids even more plausible. Imagine living with her!!!

"taking a lie detector won't get you out of trouble" and he says "I'M NOT IN TROUBLE" and she responds with "I know. that's what I'm saying"...talk about manipulation and gaslighting. She tries to confuse him by saying "they're looking for a sacrifice...people that I know...and your wife sent me letters...idk if I threw them away, so if they find those letters.....she's threatened me...I don't think she ordered the shooting but IF she did...." Meanwhile he just heavily sighs and is obviously annoyed with her. I would love to hear a recording of Diane calling him from prison and saying "so...I was found guilty but I'm putting in an appeal and will be out in no time"

i think if diane was smarter she could have pushed the story that knick's wife did it, paid for a hitman as revenge. she could have shown the letters were the wife threaten her etc. it would have created doubts in people's mind, especially because it is extreme for a mother to kill with a gun her own children. luckily, diane is not as smart. so when you hear her talk it is obvious she is just aiming to manipulate Knick so he does not take the polygraph. thank god that diane is not as smart. she is dangerous. these videos were useful to also better understand her behavior in the parole board.

Number one thing she says, according to prior interviews I've seen us "we decided to take a back road we had never been on before" (referring to the night of the shooting)... but yet she says it was a planned hit? So the shooter knew what road they would be on and when they would be on it in able to stop the car and shoot?? I'm surprised Nick hasn't questioned Diane about her theory.. Am I the only one that sees? I wish he had asked Diane about this.. to see what she would have said..
