in the 1960s, I was coming down a stair case in New York and there was this lady in the lobby with long, brown hair wearing a black cape. She pirouetted turning toward me with the loveliest smile, and I knew this was a 'personage' and later, I realized it was Miss Von Furstenberg!
I catch the bus everyday the M12 or M14D with their housekeeper or office cleaner who has been with them for about 15 years and she said her husband is so nice and generous --- I also worked for someone who worked for Diane in an executive level and said Diane was vulgar ! Hahahah I love an older woman who let's it all hang out
I love how she says "I don't judge" when it comes to plastic surgery. It shows she respects other people's decision and understand people may be going through some insecurities. She doesn't think her beliefs are superior and bring people down with it.

@@Firespawnable I don’t think they had a relationship personally but who knows. The way she discussed it in this interview gave me the impression that she was in love with her spirit and energy. Also being bisexual or hooking up with both men and women doesn’t mean you’ll have a fling with anyone.

Nah she looks 70! That's what 70 looks like. You're the one who is too used to seeing 70 year old celebrities look like plastic dolls in their early 50s.
I overall agree.I can understand she's talking about quite a personal iteration of what the "marriage" concept is...she's fully entitled to live the way she likes better yet she's really been a bit too assertive. The term companionship could be better fitting her ideal of marriage.
