I’ve been practicing breathing with stomach but it doesn’t seem to be doing well. Then someone said sideways breathing and it clicked. All this with the pelvic floor in mind. Thanks to guys like you !
@@margaretmartinpt Thank you for great information. This video confirms I’m a shallow breather and could be the reason for some of my muscular skeletal ailments. From watching some of your other videos, I’ve tried to be cognizant of proper breathing and have incorporated rib expansion on the inhale when walking for exercise. I then intentionally tighten abs on the exhale while lifting up pelvic floor for incorporating abdominal strengthening as I walk. Have no clue if this is a good or bad thing. So thankful for you.
