How stupid can the WNBA look for allowing a player to get a technical foul for being to hard on herself? The call needs to be reversed by the WNBA, removed from Caitlin's record, and that ref should be made to publicly apologize to Caitlin for being an incompetent jackass.

This is the most ridiculous call i have ever seen! It's just emotions taken out on a pad! How the hell did that have a chance of hurting anyone? I have watched basketball for over 60 years and Clark is targeted by these unprofessional refs
It doesn’t matter,you basically can’t hit that even though it doesn’t do damage,they don’t like the display of anger but players have to take their frustration out one way or the other

The ref itself needs to go back and redo the referee training and realize PEOPLE GET FRUSTRATED WITH THEMSELVES. Ref either needs to be removed or put somewhere else.
No, players in NBA and college slap the post and never get technicals. Crazy she gets a technical but then in the Connecticut game Alyssa Thomas walked up and threw punched her shoulder into Caitlins jaw that knocked her to the floor and Thomas did not even get a foul. Some of these refs need to be investigated. Caitlin was mad at HERSELF for missing a shot and she got a technical. When the next documentary or book comes out please put the name of the ref that gave her a tech for being mad at herself.
Who is the overseer of these referees? If this technocol isn't reversed by the W Commissioner, or at least challenged by the Fevers coach sides, then this is going to become a huge issue down the season road.

She’s always screaming at someone, including coaches and officials, or punching posts, bumping players! Act her age or 2 more techs and she’s suspended! Hasn’t she learned anything from college? A thug would have thrown the ball at the Ref or and Opposing team member or intentionally walked into an opposing teams player(out of sheer jealousy) to give them a shove when they clearly see them in front of them.
Bad example for those watching, kids especially. She has to change those anger fits, as a competitive adult sportsman. This is her fifth. A few players are ahead of her before suspension. It looks bad.

I think she was angry and she kicked the ball back to the other player and didn’t show respect by giving it to her is the real reason we already have a lot of putting division between our selves and the referee try to keep the peace ☮️ she is a great player but we must try to control our tempers and because any sign of anger the referee are going to call technical foul this is just my opinion let’s just play ball and enjoy the moment the WNBA is the most watched game around I love 💕 this game.
