Yes Sarah, I watched a good video from 'Law and Lumber' who had been in the courtroom specifically to watch how she interacted with the jurors and you are absolutely right based on his reading of things - during the emotional outbursts she would scan to see who was showing an interest and look to the female jurors first and if they weren't buying it she moved around in a certain order which is why her eyes seemed to dart around. The witness stand is evidently very, very close to the jury box and she knew from early on which ones were most sympathetic. Lets hope they were the two alternates lol

If you compare them to the one he did send to Christian Carino, you will see it says outgoing, and he admits to sending that one. These are data dumps. AHs team also neglected to fully redact the phone numbers. If you watch closely, you can see one of the numbers being greyed out while JD is being asked about them. I doubt the numbers are still in service, but I am sure that they would also verify which phone the messages originated from. It is unfortunate that neither JD nor his legal team noticed.

He tries to deescalate and leave repeatedly, in multiple instances, which he wouldn't do if he was the aggressor, and she lashes out and calls him a coward for not sticking around to "work it out," even when she's already gotten physical such as by throwing pots and pans. She says that absolutely doesn't matter or have any bearing on whether he should leave (but then tries to use a recording of him slamming cabinets to prove how abusive he could be 🙄🤦‍♀️). One message in particular Johnny acknowledged writing to his friend and for context that was the txt specifically talking about Amber being a guzzler. What was then brought up on cross in regards to the objected messages was that he (Johnny) would often use his staff to txt or call Amber (or whoever) on his behalf when he (Johnny) was unable to do so himself. The problem with this conclusion is that it would have Johnny requesting a staff member to txt on his behalf (so as Johnny himself) to then send a message to himself, then to be read by Johnny himself …🤨?

Didn’t have a dog in the race, wouldn’t have called myself a JD fan, and had never heard of Heard the actress. I’ve listened to sworn testimony, looked at evidence submitted and used critical thinking. Anyone who thinks he was the main abuser in this relationship has confirmation bias. The number of people who would have to be lying under threat of perjury to allow her to be telling the truth is staggering. She is a very destructive person. Telling,that in the hundreds of comments I’ve read by DV survivors - I’ve seen exactly one who was supportive. Otherwise every single one said AH showed no recognizable signs of being a victim of DV whatsoever. Most went so far as to call her a liar- like millions of other people. I really hope the jury give Johnny something, because this trial has massive implications for future trials. I hope they definitely give Amber NOTHING, sent her to jail for contempt, let the police handle recidivist case, and then restraining order for her against any other human being. Incoming to whom? Did it show received by Johnny? (Serious question btw) Sometimes the use of texts in court are those on both or either party's phone. Ie: you send me a text then delete it on your phone, yet i retain it on mine - entered into court it shows as incoming because mine is the phone it was retained on. It seems if it wasn't a text from Johnny his lawyers would've argued it.

Although Amber had this data all along, they suddenly submitted it and Depp's team did not have a chance to properly examine the evidence. They didn't notice the "incoming" label. That was according to Team Heard's plan. They know it is about mdma. That is why they didn't ask questions to try to discover the identity of Molly, because they also knew it wasn't about a woman. I hope the jury members notice they were incoming messages, at least upon their evidence review.

I think it would be a distraction from the more important testimony, seeing as Amber's own makeup artist also used the word "bruise kit" to describe creating bruises. If they challenged it, it would be too easy to brush off as a slip of the tongue and they wouldn't gain anything more than they already have.

I am very aware of it because members of my immediate family struggle both in speech and with mental disabilities; as this is something that is very personal to me, I bring it to the attention so there is no misunderstanding. Many people are under the false impression because of his manner of speech, but the truth is that it's because he has ADHD. Someone familiar or even unfamiliar with the film industry or the performing arts might assume that it's done for a "dramatic" effect. Even more so, because of her personality and overacting, they make a false comparison when she is telling events her speech entails is such an exaggeration or lies altogether because of the perceptions she needs others to have of her. Her attempts to look down on others and be so theatrical or histrionic, etc., the fact that they are a "Hollywood pair" has the potential to offer a misleading image of his speech and mannerisms if you've ever been through it yourself or someone who is close you will recognize it. I think her mannerisms and the fact that they are actors could lead him to the conclusion he had. if they had been in any other situation or line of work because of the focus I think he would have because of his area of expertise instead of Drama but we know because we may have experienced both as you mention. but Dr. Grande I believe is a counselor, not a psychiatrist or psychologist. Yes he did do all those generous things, no one can ever take that away from him. However several not so nice things have also come out about him, which he admitted to and said he was embarrassed or ashamed of. He admits to being far from perfect, so people can't act as if he is and just disregard this stuff...if he himself can admit to this then his fans should be able to as well. It's his ability to admit to this that makes him more credable as opposed to AH lying or trying to portray herself as completely innocent.

Even now, when a credible forensic psychologist, Dr. Curry, has diagnosed Heard with borderline and histrionic personality disorders, Dr. Grande cannot bring himself to say so in the current video. So he does not base his analysis on the available information.

He acknowledged the errors of both parties and called it just the way it is going down. Best of all, he called out the lies and I agree that JD's words have the ring of truth to them.
