It’s because her lips would not match what the add says in German: “did somebody say Just Eat“ becomes “Hör ich da Lieferando” in German so I guess they had to find a way to have a scene that could fit all the other languages, because it’s also like this in the Swiss German and Swiss French versions. (And I guess it would have been to complicated and/or weird to make Katy Perry do the same scene in all the other languages)
@@thebige7302 just eat is what it’s called in most of the world and the parent company is called Just Eat Takeaway. If you listen to the just eat advert by itself it sounds the best, menu log probably sounds the worst tbh.
In the top right she looks around before spotting the delivery guy, but she actually reacts a bit different to the delivery guy in each and every country.
I think that was done on purpose so she wouldn't have to lip sync the motto and name of the company in German, unlike Menulong, Skip and Just Eat, that one it's on a whole different language so it was a smart move to just let the announcer do their part in their language and let Katy do her part in hers, they did the same thing with all of the non-english versions too
This aren't all versions, it's missing the Netherland Version. (Thuisbezorgd) and the bulgarian and french one too. there are probably even more oh lord, this is madness 😭
El Just Eat de España fue creado a partir de una adquisición con SinDelantal. En septiembre de 2010, SinDelantal se creó y manejo restaurantes en Madrid. En octubre de 2012, se adquirió con Just Eat
There's like twenty other countries where they just change out "did just somebody say just eat" for the local name - Israel, Bulgaria, Poland, Switzerland, Italy, France etc.
@@schnitzelsemmel Belgium's one is extremely clunky and barely fits the song at all. Interesting to see the English language versions she actually sung though
