He spent millennium learning how time works and the magic to control the flow. The power stone is probably the only 1 thing wrong on this list but he far exceeds the power of the time stone by the end of the Loki series.
After season 2, he is the combined living version of all stones there are. He is literally the God now. Will see who lives in the new ascred timeline...
He doesn't though. The green is used to represent time, because that's what Marvel HAS USED TO REPRESENT TIME. Here's a fun fact, what Loki is doing is basically giving life to the time streams, by siphoning the source of his own godly power, an ability he possesses by being practically immortal. He's not, Odin died, but you get the point. His life is so infinite compared to mankind, he could theoretically sacrifice thousands of years and still remain powerful and intact. Which He Who Remains, reincarnated into a mortal form, lacked. The Time Stone isn't present in that moment though. The Time Stone is the concentration of what we see, but it's not the same thing. It's like how scientists say we're like stars, as stars are also comprised of elements that are inside of people and all living things. Like carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, and hydrogen. In that sense, the Time Stone is simply the concentration of (possibly) an entire branched timeline, reduced to the size of a single stone.
@@nolankuffner3573 what loki has is wayyyy more powerful than the time stone.. he can literally wewrite history, break absolute points, pause time.. at this point he not only controls time, he controls every single timeline... he is almost as strong as the watcher himself. he himself would easily be a good match for a bunch of kangs
@@evangingerson1271but he can turn back in time to solve the problems in the story just like Thanos resurrect Vision only to take the Mind Stone in Infinity War!
Just to remind you, Loki is supposed to be a God, he could just have those powers on its own, without the infinity paperweights (Update) just finished watching loki, well apparently he has time powers now, really really powerful time powers.
Eh, a God? No. Not really even a god (the capital G is a whole thing to a certain unnamed group of zealots). He was a frost giant raised by a god and taught magic by his goddess mother.
And in the comics he clearly demonstrates these powers. Dude survived having his head cut off. His body just bent down and picked it up and put his head back on. Only ended up with a stiff neck
He doesn't have the powers of the stones, he has powers SIMILAR to what the stones can do... It's called MAGIC, same shit Dr Strange can do basically...

This aged wonderfully now after season 2 ep 6 came out. He now has the power of pretty much every single stone. Loki is the most power being in the multiverse now with the exception of maybe Kang
Except in the show they very clearly establish that he can. He describes it iirc in episode one when the TVA is discussing his powers. He clarifies that he can do more than simple illusion with enough effort. Later its revealed by old Loki that this is how he survived Thanos, he altered reality so that a duplicate was killed hile he hid. This specifically wasnt an illusion because Thanos would have seen through it. Its interesting that they chose to reveal that prime Loki has this power, and the classic Loki used to to survive the exact scenario that supposedly killed future prime Loki..... they may never exploit this element but they have setup the possibility that our favorite Loki from the main timeline is currently living in isolation on some random planet after surviving Thanos on the refugee ship.
@@DrewLSsix his line in the show is "I cast a projection of myself so real even the mad titan believed it" That to me doesn't sound like he altered reality it just sounds like he made a good illusion which is exactly what his power is. not reality manipulation. Also Loki boasting about his powers being able to do so much more is more than likely just himself trying to defend his ego which was very clearly just attached by how the TVA described his powers
@@Enikay13 it absolutely does. It can create illusions too sure but there were a lot of cases where Thanos just turned something into something entirely else. It did seem to revert back to normal once he left but for all we know that could have been his choice. He certainly didn't want to kill the people he fought with otherwise he would have a million opportunities to do so
Well to be honest Loki using magic can change reality anyway, he can conjure up items, elements, and many other things besides making illusion both real and fake.
In this case why Thanos sought the 6 Stones instead of only seizing the Reality Stone? He could have altered reality to support the entire universe, like when he showed Dr Strange what Titan looked like before, or simply using the Stone to create the other 5. Loki can do more than that like when he spawns daggers, he can use them. The one who can really rewrite reality with magic is Scarlet Witch
@Enikay13 Indeed... sidenote: the Loki daggers trick, he doesn't conjure them out of thin air, part of his magic abilities is to hide things out of plain sight, sort of like an invisible storage box he walks around with where he keeps his things. We saw that with the Tesseract, he stole from the Odin volt until he handed it to Thanos.
@@edwardgamerx9061 Thor is so dumb he relies on a hammer and a axe to use his power but never learened to use a lot of is powers with out it witch makes him kindda weak
@@soup9815 Because Classic Loki literally shows how great a Loki’s sorcery can be if used enough But since Loki is so used to using daggers to fight he doesn’t know how to use his sorcery to his full potential
In Loki season 2, he learns to manipulate time, and in episode 6, he finds his ultimate purpose (arguably a soul) completing him with the ability of all of the infinity stones!
@@PoxFilms I already done, I don't see anything that he actually controls time/Manipulate time? And I'm asking you a question "how" he have a power similar to time stone explain to me incase i missed some details then
The illusions are magic, taught to him by his mother, a witch. I believe this is where his "mind control" power comes in as well. It's called enchantment. His physical power comes from being a Frost Giant, which is most likely stronger than whatever species he is fighting on the train, (he's probably on par with an average asgardian) As for the portal, that's probably magic as well, given that Doctor Strange can do the same. If his powers came from the infinity stones, there would be some sort of color connection. This has been true in every case in the MCU. You shouldn't post shit that says "did you know" when you don't even know yourself. Maybe try "this is my theory."
I agree but I think since Odin used enchantment on him to make him Asgardian I'm sure he made him stronger than the average Asgardian because he was meant to be a ruler later of the Frost Giants some day.
I believe these videos are made as a secondary source of income. That’s why he pops out so many and only 1/4 of them make any sense. He does a great job at making the videos but his theories need work.
@@walkwithoutrhythm9858, it’s not invalidating. They just don’t work in the TVA as it exists outside of time. They still are extremely powerful, and allowed Infinity Ultron to be aware of the multiverse.
@@walkwithoutrhythm9858 How? Infinity Gems don’t work outside their reality of Origin. The TVA isn’t in a reality of origin. Besides making something powerful powerless is a pretty common scenario and is a great writing idea
And understand Asgard was a place where Odin r and his bloodline sought power to enhance themselves as Hela was formed into the greatest as a military leader. Friga should've been more powerful since the witches have her another side of abilities
You don’t need a power stone to knock out some guards. Natasha didn’t either, I just think since loki is over 1000 years old he can learn a lot of skills and fighting is taught anyway for royal family of Asgard
The Power Stone doesn't Just make you strong. It gives you access to every single power that ever is, was, or will be. As well as boosts the power of the other Infinity Stones.
Loki is a giant and a god, so of course he has super strength. And the reality stone doesn't just create illusions. It actually warps and changes reality to the user's will
Within reason. Otherwise Thanos could make it a reality that he snapped half of the people and that no one was ever able to undo what he did. That one was weird. I guess it had a small area near the user where it worked?
@@Dieoall No. Loki has a magical storage device, in which he keeps some of his things in there. He just brings what he needs out of that storage, such as the dagger and blanket. Also, he uses deception, illusionary magic to produce several daggers, using one to hit his target. He is very good at that.
@@soccermatrix The video also claims he has the power of the Infinite Stones. He does not. He just uses magic to mimic a low tier of Infinite Stones, well to a smaller degree. He cannot manipulate reality around him. The Reality Stone does not only make illusions, it warps reality. Making those changes real. Loki only makes illusions, by his own magic. He gets daggers and stuff from his magical storage space he puts stuff in.
Loki did not alter reality. He brought that blanket out of his magical storage space, he puts things in. He makes illusions with his magic, that Freya taught him. Freya, a witch, taught him magic. She also taught him how to make a magical storage space.
Now he have power of time stone as well or more then that he can time travel where time didn't exist or he can time travel in which universe in any time he want he is becoming the *GOD OF STORY* if you know you know
Technically Loki has the power of all the infinity Stones not just four. He's magic which means he can learn a spell to manipulate time. Loki's soul is unique compared to others variants which is why more Loki's are pruned because they have more room to become heroes or villains. Characters like Spider-Man there are only a few bad ones 80% areur hero that go for pretty much all of the heroic characters the opposite 80% goes for the villains but loki 50/50.
While he has magic, which imitates similar powers to three of the stones mentioned, Loki only had the power of the Mind Stone while the Mind Stone was IN Loki’s staff. I don’t recall him having this power after he lost the staff.
I don't remember what episode it was, but I remember that he can use the power of the time stone, if you remember there was a day when he reversed the tower when it were falling
Infinity stones are embodiment of universe. So any kind of power can fit effortlessly under jurisdiction of one stone or another. Like you said fixing a building is like a time stone that can reverse the process. Power stone also can reduce the blast power and cover the building much like telekinesis. Or even a Space stone can manipulate every space of fallen building into the full building too.
I’ve always said Loki could possibly be one of the only Marvel Characters to take out Wanda, besides Doctor Strange & Ghost Rider for example. He’s insanely powerful & smart.
I agree. As long as he sits on the golden throne he wields multiversal level power. Without the throne it isn’t clear if he is Hela or Odin level now, but it seems he could be.
Loki is such type of character in a game that noone wants to choose, just because they are weak in starting but they had the most potential skill tree.
This did not age well season 2 he is the most powerful character in marvel history. Well I mean actually it’s already aged…Loki is the most powerful comic character too
