I’m always amazed at some of the video shots you guys get. And the fact that you have to stop what you’re doing to set up the camera shots means you’re not tilling, planting, spraying, harvesting, etc when you’re doing that. Yes, the you tube channel is part of your farm but the time and effort you spend on it is appreciated.

You guys are by far the best on RU-vid. Great personalities. Very professional and informative. Great dynamic between the whole crew. Fantastic editing and love the drone work and montages! I look forward to watching your videos all the time. Been watching for years. Always been a dream of mine to do what you do. We had 70 acres of produce at the peak but don’t do much anymore. Always envied crop farmers. Keep up the good work.

Hey swede can I ask a question from a non farmers view? When you spray this very expensive weed killer and you need rain to activate it why can't you fill sprayer with water and spray the worst areas obviously not the whole field but they worst patches?🤔 once again from a non farmers view🤓🤓
@darrylpaulhus3069
@darrylpaulhus3069 11 месяцев назад
You would need approximately 1000 gallons of water per acre to get chemical activated so their sprayer would do a little over 2 acres per fill.

Chet, Do you guys have to change the patterns on the way you drive the fields to prevent ruts from going over the same place each year/crop? Like if you go North South one year do you have to go East West the next?
@cw93711
@cw93711 10 месяцев назад
No. One reason you use wide tracks or wide tires is to prevent soil compaction. But once you harvest a field and run a digger or cultivater thru it there are no more ruts from last year. The biggest ruts come during harvest when you have a wet field.
