Still waiting for you nitwits to figure out the Casino Royale is a great chase and a solid action scene glued together with a lot of shite including zero chemistry between Craig and Green in their horribly written intro scene (and all scenes b/t them thereafter). Everything to do with poker in it is crap. Nothing else works. It's truly painful.
Despite all of its faults Like Bad Effects, terrible Dialogue, a plot that kinda sucked, Gustav Graves was the weakest and most forgettable bond villain, and the worst song performed by Madonna called die another day (that includes her pointless cameo), it all kinda plays it safe, but I find this movie just some harmless guilty pleasure of Dumb Fun.
Most Bond movies are quite absurd and silly. Why? Because they cater to morons. Here are some more absurd movies. A VIEW TO A KILL. DIAMONDS ARE FOREVER. MAN WITH A GOLDEN GUN. MOONRAKER. NEVER SAY NEVER. OCTOPUSSY. QUANTUM OF SOLACE. THUNDERBALL. THE WORLD IS NOT ENOUGH. YOU ONLY LIVE TWICE.
That’s kinda the exception, not necessarily the rule tbf. They clearly had a direction they wanted to take the character in his final film, Craig wanted to go in a certain direction (he’s a producer), and I guess Boyle and EON couldn’t come to a compromise. I think it’s okay to acknowledge that a studio and a filmmaker aren’t on the same page. AND it wasn’t EON who ended the partnership, Boyle decided he wasn’t the right fit. That was his decision.
@@FilmSpeak tbf idk the specific details around his departure. When I hear someone’s left a project, generally I assume its due to the filmmaker getting fed up of being told what to do from producers/studio but unclear to what extent that was the case here. Do you know much about what Boyles version would’ve looked like? I really liked NTTD (Much more than I was expecting to) but i cant help but be curious as to what Boyle’s version would have been. (Like your Vids a lot btw, keep it up!)
It baffles me that Die Another Day is not seen as "so bad it's good". People act like it's a boring slog when it isn't: It has James Bond driving a jet car across the arctic to escape a diamond space laser. Read that last sentence again and tell me this isn't so bad it's good
Toby Stephens was terribly underrated! I'm so happy someone agrees lol. Interesting side note, Toby played Bond on radio dramas. If any fans have not checked these out they're a must. Great ambience and well put together.
I loved him in Black Sails. Very menacing and serious. He is a little bit of a joke in this film, but he is a very talented actor. I even liked him in the new Lost in Space show.
I am personally very much so convinced that Brosnan's best performance is in TWINE, but he's also great in TND and even in DAD, as you mention in the video. I agree with almost everything you say here (though I think the visuals in TWINE are underrated) and I never thought about how Jinx sleeping with more characters here could have been a good move, script wise. That makes so much sense that I wonder why I never came up with it!
Yes TWINE is his best performance. i read articles back then saying he was more comfortable by the 3rd movie. Though its interesting how i hear more and more people not like TWINE over the years now. cheers for sharing
I never got the issue people had with the ice palace. Like volcanoes or the moon is fine but an ice palace no. On that note I've always liked this movie it's dumb and fun. Plus it was the first Bond film I truly remember seeing in theaters, I know I saw World's Not Enough in theaters but don't really remember seeing it then. Also also it was the first one I actually owned
Ice hotel only issue is the storytelling. He leaves it, then come back.... I found it too long. But first half of the movie was spectacular n i really enjoyed it.
The films have definitely had more sillier locations when compared to the Ice Palace. Just look at Stromberg's base, it's literally an underwater lair with a massive globe sitting in the middle of it. If that's less ridiculous than an Ice Palace, I think people need to get their eyes checked.
It's just lighthearted fun. Pierce Brosnan's one-liners, the fast-paced action acenes, and the cool tech made for an exciting popcorn thriller. Just don't think too much about the plot or the lack of character development.
For me, Goldeneye and TWINE hit the tonal sweet spot of bond. Classically nuts 90s action and escapism but knew not to cross over into moore era camp. Tomorrow never dies (With hammy villain Elliott carver) and die another day were what you get when you didn't completely avoid doing that lol. DAD is so cheese lol, but a fun time killer. The craig era went grounded and dark which was cool, but i eventually needed a palate cleanser. Interesting to see where they go with the next bond
TBH, I think the reason why people hate this film so much is because pre-Iceland parts of the film is actually pretty good, which is why it's so painful that once Bond goes to Iceland, the film's quality decreases.
Great to see you return to Bond, Griff. Excellent review as always. It really is a movie of two halves, but there's no doubt it's fantastically, stupidly entertaining. You're bang on with the tsunami scene - Tamahori has admitted it was a mistake but says the VFX team insisted to him that they could pull it off with existing tech, and only realised far too late in production that they really couldn't, but by then they were stuck with it.
I think the issue for me with this movie, it's that it actually showed some promise at the very beginning with Bond not escaping as usual and actually becoming a prisoner in NK for an extended period of time (or at least as long as the credits with that Madonna song lasted). What that time did to him and its repercussions on him and MI6 could have made for an interesting premise. That's why it was so maddening to see the film basically throw that away once he gets to Hong Kong.
Okay: before I push play, just have to say: DAD was Brosnan at his BEST in the role. He was at his most relaxed and comfortable, a far cry from the more stilted learning his way in the role that he was in GoldenEye. So while the movie itself may fall short, Pierce was great in it. OTT as DAD was, Tamahori admirably directed the hell out of the action scenes, gave Bond a capable adversary/peer, henchman and mole to push him. With that out of the way, let's go! 👍🏽
I love this. I don't totally agree, but I also don't disagree. Mostly I just love that someone loves it. (My 'maligned' favorite is Tomorrow Never Dies, which this channel also gives MUCH respect.)
I never understood how people disliked Gustav Graves, I've always loved that character. Yea fair point the crazy transformers suit at the end is goofy but still a great laugh
My dude filmspeak, you are an amazing critic. You never troll movies or try to be funny, and never agree with the narrative. I love how defended the matrix 4 as well as pointing out flaws with the new Spiderman. You're kinda starting to be like a modern day Roger Ebert where your reviews may not line up with the majority but hearing you explain them is fun and provides better insight to the film and helps us look at it from a different perspective. FILM IS SUBJECTIVE, just like food. I know ppl who like McDonalds more than dining out. It's all based on how it hits us. And thank you for showing love to this bond film. I love it. It's cheesy and it knows it and reminds me of the action packed early 2000s movies
Aw man thank you so much for that! That's an incredible honor to be even mentioned in the same sentence as Ebert. I'm really glad the videos have resonated with you. That means the world.
I gotta admit....I absolutely LOVE Die another Day - my 2nd favourite Bond film after OHMSS. Yes,there's some silly moments & the dialogue at times is cringeworthy but there's also some fantastic action scenes. The PTS, the car chase (one of the best ever),Zao.....all superb. Even as a fan of Madonna, I love the theme song too. It's a celebration of 40 years of Bond so was nice to go a bit OTT. Most Bond films have their far-fetched scenes. Brilliant PS Skyfall's villain appeared exactly halfway through the movie.
@@FilmSpeak I really see that through the videos. This is my first bond video of yours, but when you’re going for this take, it’s honestly a good introduction to the series in general. You’re working with the most infamous film and I’ve seen only the films skyfall and after. Maybe this influences a drive for me. I guess what I’m saying is that I appreciate you doing things you really care about.
You should get in touch with other Bond RU-vidrs like Calvin Dyson, The Bond Experience, Dutch Bond Fan and Being James Bond and do a live stream. You guys would have a great time discussing the series.
I'd love to! I've chatted with Calvin a few times through Twitter. Same with David who actually had us over on his channel when we did our video on Quantum of Solace. Am always down to talk bond with the gents! Would be great fun.
I never understood why my dad loved this movie until I myself gained an appreciation for it. No Time To Die’s ending crushed me as a major Bond fanboy- and Die Another Day let me celebrate 007’s most cartoonish excesses as a coping mechanism. It’s Bond parodying itself, a poorly written but well-intentioned love letter to itself.
Ok, I will say one thing in defense of this movie. The line "Sigmund Freud" makes sense in the song, since it's followed by the line "analyze this". So it's not as dumb as most people think. And in a world where "Never Say Never Again" exists (not EON, I know), "Die Another Day" can't be the worst Bond movie. So that was 2 things. Now I have to go and disinfect my brain...
⚰ RIP, Kenneth Tsang Kong (his character, Moon the elder, was a thematical equivalent of General Gogol, though with tragic result) Unlike Q of S, at least this is a standalone, self-contained entry (thus _second_ worst 007/Bond entry) 🎥
interesting reappraisal yet still so much could be added! it feels like 2 different movies, the 1st half a Bond film with the darkest pre-title sequence of the franchise to date, investigating themes of changing geopolitical powers with a mature Bond compartmentalizing his issues from being held captive (with the 1st Bond torture scene and 1st sex scene ever); the 2nd half is a post-9/11 escapist romp after a year of collective societal grief (which only people in theatres at the time could grasp) failing to follow through on story beats/character arcs from the 1st half. its similar to Spectre`s structure as both films derail once Bond reaches the isolated villain lair in the middle of the desert/ice; DAD going all Moonraker and Spectre going full Austin Powers. Skyfalls` Silva is curiously Bond`s story at the beginning of DAD, the only difference being one took their cyanide pill while the other didnt. the Vanish gets needless hate cause it gets associated w the bad cgi in the movie but on its own it works (stealth ships/cars are in endless movies, Mercedes/Google actually experimented w this tech 10+yrs ago, but my favorite is that its not OP, cause it malfunctions twice which is realistic for cutting edge tech). there`s a milisecond of hesitation from Bond when Frost undresses but the scene is so chopped up you`d never notice; the betrayal i guess was meant to play as Bond losing his touch, struggling w the effects of korea but they dont give us enough time alone w Bond to let his ptsd be noticeable. he has scars on his torso from korea but any mention of them aloud was cut; he`s overly arrogant when flirting w Jinx and overcompensating suptly throughout but the editing is too in your face to let any of that breathe. the scene w M in the infirmary is the only unmistakable scene where Bond shows uneasiness (tapping his chest, blinking nervously questioning if he broke). the script draft Brosnan describes in the press conference before filming started sounds like a different better version of the frustrating film we got. there`s a good movie trapped in there somewhere even if only just re-edited (strip out the mtv music video editing, the matrix slow motion, the fast&furious speed ramping and the kite surfing scene that has no bearing on the plot)
I want the old James Bondback with the fancy toys that were so futuristic that turned out to be real. This movie is the one that went too far with the invisible car.
@@philnewton-england7795 Q Branch will make the invisible car, Captain Kirk will command the Enterprise and the descendants of Timothy Dalton will still be trying to pull a wheelie in the truck at the end of LTK
@@pr-tj5by Hopefully...yes. The thing is the Army/MOD have worked on tank 'invisibility', which is where the filmmakers got their idea from. (Although not as perfect as the Aston's cloak).
Can’t shake the feeling Madonna was supposed to play the psychologist - which would have made much more sense. Especially if you then make Miranda frost into the fencing instructor too.
As such a Bond Enthusiast, sometimes I don’t always agree with your opinions, and sometimes you’ve changed my own opinion. You carefully craft what you’re going to say and display it such a nice manor. I live for these Video Essays. Keep up the hard work man!
Die Another Day is Underrated and Dumb Fun! Yeah, The Effects are still not very good. I don’t care what these haters say about this movie, this movie is Dumb Fun!
I love you positive in these videos man! I look forward to every single video, thanks for the content you honestly deserve to be payed for that shit 🔥🔥
Ummm I can see where you're coming from. I think the Moore films were actually more purposefully campy than this was? There's definitely a sense of self awareness for sure, but there comes a point where it stops being silly and just dips a bit too far into stupid. Like I sort of talk about in the video, even something as silly as Moonraker, still knew when to dial it back and isn't nearly as over the top as Die Another Day gets. Die Another Day almost unintentionally falls into parody.
What an absolutely fantastic video. Every bond video you have released has been absolutely jaw dropping an eye opening. I'm also glad to hear positive DAD things.
I'm making my own narrative here but imagine if the villain's actor Toby Stephens was used for flashbacks of the villain and in the present the bond villain is Clint Eastwood having Clint as villain would've been so dope for a bond movie, (since I've watched "Space Cowboys" Toby gained more love since he played so good a young Clint for the intro of the film and would've loved for another film to repeat that duo) but yeah it wouldn't made sense on this film to have an old villain so just erase the bad and use to it's full potential the good ideas from Die another day and create another script where we could use Clint as villain and Toby for the flashbacks Overall to me they're not unwatchable I enjoy even the "bad" Bond movies i see and imagine their potential and don't ask much from them, the only one that it's really hard to do that is Diamonds are forever
Everything or Nothing should have been the last Brosnan Bond film. Even though it was a video game, it actually had a better story than Die Anorher Day.
If Everything or Nothing was Pierce Brosnan's Final movie right after Die Another Day who do you wish should have been the director and music composer?
I personnaly "loved" that invisible car trick. Made me laugh. And the line "For once Q, i m impressed". First half of the movie is exhilarating. Ice hotel is where it s getting a bit too long. And the final is forgettable. But i really enjoyed this movie. I must say that, as a Bond, Pierce Brosnan is killing it by his charisma.
This movie is so much fun. It doesn't work remotely but l put next to the Schumacher Batman movies as movies that don't reach the heights of the franchise but are still entertaining. And Die Another Day is an awesome song.
Great comparison! Funnily enough both DAD and B&R essentially derailed their respective franchises too allowing us to get Batman Begins and Casino Royale.
It already starts off the wrong way at the beginning. The gunbarrel sequence is a product of its time but also makes the movie feel very dated. There's way too much 2000s nonsense in this one, but I still enjoy it as a silly watch with some good moments.
I would be very interested if you did videos about the most underrated James Bond era of Timothy Dalton. He is my favorite James Bond actor and Licence to Kill is my all time favorite Bond movie. Would love videos about those
@@pr-tj5by well they didn't give him the length of time to make it iconic. They gave him 2 movies. Even Sir Roger Moore and Sir Sean Connery had to wait until their third movies, which were the Spy Who Loved Me and Goldfinger, for them to universally be recognised as a great Bond actor.
@@tashrif46 But the Bond that Dalton portrayed wasn't popular in 1989 never mind the 60s It's the difference between Cinematic Bond and Bond from the novels and it really comes down to which you prefer but because every guy wanted to be Sean Connery that's Cinematic Bond If I watch a Jason Bourne movie for example I want to see an ultra driven serious character doing all he can to put all the pieces together from his past, I DON'T want to see women, charisma, 1 liners, cool, suave, panache, sophistication, Armani etc If I watch a Bond movie (the ultra cool Iconic gentleman spy) I want to see everything that MADE him Iconic, lots of women, outrageous villains, charisma, charm, panache, suave sophistication, 1 liners, fun and ESCAPISM, getting the girls and saving the world Connery set the scene, Moore and Brosnan continued that character and it's the only reason why Bond lasted all the way back from 1962 in world of serious action movies The Bond of the novels (Dalton /Craig) are good action movies ultra serious and grounded but they're no different to any other action movie because Bond isn't outlandishly cool suave charismatic charming full of fun and escapism, ultra serious Bond is only good if you want that type of James Bond Cinematic Bond is the only cool suave guy of this kind ever on tv and he's only here once every 3 years, we can all watch and enjoy serious dark action movies to our hearts content because there's 100s of great movies like that, if we take away this unique character then all we're left with is generic serious only.....
Colonel Moon is clearly a character from a non- Ian Fleming novel called Colonel sun in fact the torture scene in spector was taken directly from that novel and is credited in the end credits
I remember when I watched it for the first time I thought that the beginning was great. It sort of felt like it was trying to go more in the route Casino Royale did with its grit (for the time it came out) while setting up consequences for the life Bond has lived like Skyfall. And then just threw it away back to the status quo with the line "thanks for the kiss of life."
I much prefer A campy bond over a completely serious bond. While goldeneye had a blend of both. This is much more welcome to me than Craigs more serious/grounded bond films. I love this film.
I’m a big believer in the Bond series of movies. I enjoy the individual films and look for the Bond characters to play their respective roles. What a grand celebration of James Bond films!
Honestly DAD is my least favorite.. hands down.. may never be passed.. it was a victim of the Era in which it came out.. adrenaline action may have been the worst subgenre/phase of action films... ever.. but yes.. this can be enjoyed as a stupid stupid masterpiece of a trainwreck.. the movie that validated every criticism austin powers had of the series...
The more I watched DAD, the more positive things I had to say. Brosnan was on top form, Gustav Graves is a fun over the top baddie, Rosamund Pike did well for her first ever film, Cleese made a good Q, and the score is good. I unapologetically love the Aston Martin Vanquish, and the chase it partakes in is my favourite in the entire series. I even did the Madonna song, and I kinda like the tsunami surfing scene thanks to the epic score.
I appreciate the positive outlook on this film. The first Bond I saw in theaters. Just because a movie is bad doesn’t mean that it can’t still be entertaining. I still enjoy this one, even if it won’t win any Oscars.
You can’t blame Brosnan for the stupidity and absurdity of the movie. Blame it on the writers. He was contractually obligated to do 4 Bond films, so he couldn’t back down even if he wanted to. If the writers had decided he’d do that ridiculous ocean wave riding scene in a panda suit, he’d have no choice but to agree to it. The way he was fired unceremoniously by the producers by phone call was pathetic. Brosnan gave good performances as Bond. If you watched the making-of featurettes of each of his movies, you could tell he had fun doing them. Unlike Craig. He deserved a better send off.
People forget that this film was a 40th anniversary film like the Spy who loved Me had gadgets from eariler films and over the top action . I liked it except the ending on the plane who the the villain dies on the plane sort of like Goldfinger. The fight scenes were good as Bond getting caught at the beginning of the film.
This is honestly a way deeper review than it had any right to be (and I'd argue even deeper than the filmmakers were thinking lmao) but it's great! There's things I'd never thought about DaD here that makes me see it in a whole new light (even if I always loved it anyway).
Hey! "Your Mama" is the best line a Bond girl ever spoken...along with "it's my little Octopussy". So in conclusion, the actors are great, but most of the rest of the film sucks. I liked Pierce Brosnan as Bond. People waited a decade for him to take up the mantle. I just feel like you said in the beginning, it was a sign of its time. You make the movie sound better than it is. You make me want to watch it again.
One phrase comes from me: So bad it’s good. Besides, Pierce Brosnan’s last performance as Bond was actually a video game called 007 Everything or Nothing.
I don't understand why when you're slagging off TWINE you're showing exclusively TND footage? I love how much you also love that film, and your video on it really made me wanna cheer in joy, the quintessential action Bond movie and every point you made in your video essay for it was bang on! Die Another Day was my first Bind film but Tomorrow Never Dies was my second, and after that - well, that was that - Bond fan for life. That film deserves waaaay more appreciation than it gets from the 'fans' and critics - one of my favourite films ever mate - give us another Bond film essay man, they're a wonderful celebration of the films that you can tell have been made by a real Bond fan
Howard Weber says > If you take out the silly Bond CGI scene , Die Another Day is a good Bond movie. Not a great Bond movie but still a good Bond movie. In fact, I like it better than everything Craig did after Casino Royale. I also think Brosnan is still a better Bond than Craig. What`s not to like about Die Another Day. It has a terrific pre-credit sequence. Halle Berry is one of the better Bond girls and I thought Zao was a great henchman. The car chase on the frozen lake was exciting. I know a lot of people thought the invisible car was over the top but it didn`t bother me. The only thing I didn`t like was Madonna`s song. ( check out my comments on - The Spy Who Loved Me is the greatest Bond movie )
The dumbest bond movie?! I think not! Not when there is Moonraker where Jaws finds romance with a weird blonde with braces in a space station to cartoon love music or in The Spy Who Loved Me where Jaws goes off a cliff in a car only to be shown sitting in the wreckage at the bottom of the cliff with the steering wheel around his neck like he’s Wiley Coyote seeing stars and roadrunners or Bond killing the main villain in Live and Let Die by using some strange inflation weapon that literally makes the guy blow up like a ballon before popping! Die Another Day is dumb but it doesn’t take the title of dumbest Bond movie.
Die Another Day is a So Bad It's Good masterpiece on the level of Birdemic. That said, a starkly serious version with Dalton or Craig would be undoubtedly a Top 5 Bond film.
I am new to the Bond films still, but I liked Die Another Day much more than I liked No Time to Die. Die Another Day is a little campy but it’s a fun watch nonetheless. I mean it certainly entertains.
People hail Daniel Craig films as the best but to me only Casino Royale was the best even QOS would had been better if not for Writers Strike that that film suffered .
I do think you're right that if you had a Snyder style re-edit of this film with updated effects it would be viewed way more kindly. They were really out in front of their skis. The dialogue in spots is still clunky, as you said, and Halle just doesn't hit the mark for me, but having recently re-watched the four Brosnan Bond movies, this movie was A LOT better than I remembered and it's definitely entertaining. I think the gap between the four films is a lot smaller than the perception. Though I will say that having watched decades of SyFy shows, my tolerance for and ability to look past bad CGI is a lot higher than most people's
Okay 🎉 You won me over! When the bond movies come back to Amazon Prime for free tomorrow I’ll give it another try. First time in twenty years just because of your video!
GoldenEye is the last great Cold War Bond thriller, the film oozes the legacy of the Cold War. Tomorrow Never Dies has aged like fine wine with it's plot about a media mogul creating "fake news" to manipulate geopolitical events for his purposes by trying to start a war. The World is Not Enough, this might be Pierce Brosnan at his coldest, most ruthless Bond with a very underrated Bond Villain who's also one of the Bond Girls. Die Another Day, you know, on paper, there's ideas that could have worked for a Bond plot about Bond being betrayed on a mission in North Korea and now has to find who betrayed him....and he's not sure if his own government set him up.
I thought Die Another Day was pretty good back when I was 19. It felt like a 3 Episode Bond TV series squished into movie length, filled with TV budget CG, a seasons worth of mostly shallow characters and plots with "videogamey" aesthetics and scenarios.
An invisible car? Is a too far a reach, too much suspension of disbelief. I think the others have thought of this before, I don't know why they haven't considered it still? Why not a car that changer color, why not a coat that changes color, or still, why not hair that changes color? I think this is more believable. What do you think?
I never understood the hate for this movie. I like it. Sure, it's dumb and unrealistic but that's what I want from a Bond film. A realistic spy film would be boring as fuck.
Mostly agree with a very large portion of the stuff you mentioned. However No Time to Die is an absolutely garbage film, dialogue wise at times, character wise at times, plot time at most times, and so on. Does it have some really neat ideas and one or two pieces I absolutely love? Yes, I love Bond having a daughter with his eyes, I love the connection between him and Madeline being deepened (although I still think in Spectre they should have brought Eva Green back in the form of a video tape of her witnessing James interrogation form Casino Royale and screaming at Mr. White about it and how she bargains for his life, so that Madeline would fully understand who Vesper was to him and why it hirt him so badly) I also think that Madeline if they could have made it happen, should have been played by Rachel Weisz because by being Daniel Craig’s real life wife she would have amazing chemistry on screen with him in replacement for that of which we had for Eve Green previously as Vesper. No hate to the original actress though just a minor change I would have made. Overall those are the things that to me would have made Spectre a better ending overall for Craigs Bond, but also if he then decided to come back for the 5th one the connection again between him and Madeline would have ultimately had more weight. But No Time To Die just really doesn’t have a properly constructed base story wise, it goes all over sometimes and that’s why I mostly call it garbage as it doesn’t hold up well when compared to Spectre (as is, or as I imagined it could have been).
Love this fresh take and nuanced analysis of "Die Another Day." Very thought provoking and rather well made points and critiques. On behalf of Pierce Brosnan, Thank you. Also, "Casino Royale" is a terrible film. Toodles...
What a brilliant analysis! No doubt about it - this film has some of the very worst dialogue in the history of the series. It also features the single stupidest SCENE in the series history. But- This is still a film that is always completely to watch! It features….. * A terrific opening pre title action set piece * A very original title sequence which actually shows Bond being tortured! * one of the best and most exciting scores in the series * beautiful cinematography- the film looks great all the way through * some of the most fun action sequences in the series including a sensational car chase on ice against a car as suped up with gadgets as Bonds! * one of Brosnans coolest scenes ever - when he enters that 5 star hotel bearded in his pajama pants as cool as if he was wearing a Tux! * Idk - that scene of Halle Berry coming out of the water looked pretty darn good to me! * The invisible car! I don’t care - I love it lol! And no matter what - it will never be at the bottom of any Bond film ranking again because of one critical thing….. They do not blow him up at the end!!
John Rigs, Agreed, he's my favorite Bond, I never understood the problem with the invisible car nearly 30 years after the ICBM launching submarine Lotus from TSWLM
It's offensive to Asians. The villain switched from a North Korean to a White European name Gustav. Was that really necessary in the movie he had to change his race? Movie is for 14 year old boys with the immature sexual innuendos.
