Wonderul idea for holiday season, i always eat too much sweets and biscuits at that time of the year, and my belly fat increases over the years during that time! _THIS dessert is still sweet but rich in fibers and full of nutrition ! I bet it's very satisfying and satiating to eat after a meal. I wouldn't eat too much as a snack , unless with yoghurt so as not to < munch on it > when on a diet ;-) it's healthy but still sugary from banana! But it's a very very good recipe to avoid the combination butter+added sugar that makes usual biscuits super caloric and addictive and so, also fattening x-)
