Hello everyone :)
I’ve just started a 100-day diet!
For the first 10 days, I aimed for rapid weight loss
by doing fasted cardio for 10 days 🏃
I wanted to build my stamina and rekindle my relationship with exercise,
and while it feels rewarding after I do it, I also dread doing it the next day.
I guess that’s what exercise is like 😂
Even though I still have a lot of flab left after these 10 days,
I’m happy because my InBody results show only fat loss,
and my body lines seem to have become more defined :)
I’m determined to keep pushing through the remaining 90 days!
