Which base do you use again ?

I’m thinking of going gray, my beard is almost all gray. I can’t decide on a gray without trying one, I can only guess. Is there a return policy?

@@wesleyzhoosh I use our invisiskin. Gray on the beard vs gray on the head is so different in most. Including myself.

Actually the next video Im doing !! It could be a few things. The bond/tape has broken down and is failing, something you putting on the unit that is going through the lace and causing the bond to fail. And the hair, not a whole lot you can do about that

Hi !! From my experience it actually doesn’t do that. It blocks the UV and doesn’t tan. So it appear different. If you stop using it. All should go back to normal

As a woman losing my hair like a man almost over night depressed the heck out of me..till a friend took me to a shop that had hair hair hair for days. And sometimes the companies start selling shoddy hair and your hard earned money goes to waste. But for me I would live to find a ghost bond that does not turn white and is easy to get off. HairExperience yes sir my brother . I’ve been wearing a men’s hair system now going on 6 months now on my second unit now because my very first One I made the mistake of cutting my unit myself trying to achieve the closer fade style which I cut the sides and back way to short exposing the seam line all the way around not allowing the hair long enough to cover the seam to blend lol ... 🤣😂, but hey trial and error right lol.? So the one I have now I had it cut by a barber and turned out great . But thanks to u I learned every thing I needed to know about Installing the unit , cleanup and maintenance the whole nine yards thanks to watching ur videos. U the man 👍🏼

Im not 100% sure. Is the bond dirty? Is the bond beginning to fail at this point your talking about ? I clean mine every 5-7 days and dont run into this. Give me some more info here. Like what bond and how old the bond is

Curtis, What do you mean by when you mention the bond "failing" ? I ask because I've wonder if we eventually become accustomed to bonds?

@@HairExperience it's the walker ultra hold bond in the front. I'm thinking it might be the walker max sport underneath that's causing it to turn into a whitish color in front instead of it fusing to the skin color. Or the hair underneath pushing up the system. I usually do retouch in front after 5,6 days too..

I could see this, but its normally when the bond starts to fail. Not before then. So if its the wrong bond for someones body chem, it would fail sooner than later and possibly do this. But for some, this doesnt happen until 6-8 days so I call that a success

Oh yeah, def did my research on that stuff. And exactly as I was told. It all flashes off during the curing process.

That’s super interesting stuff, and comments like these are the only reason I even look at the comment section. I played bass in a few punk/funk bands in the past and would put superglue on the blisters so I could keep playing. Somebody told me that Flea (Red Hit Chili Peppers) would do that, so of course I had to. 😆

Is that the red bottle? Better than the ultra Hold black?

whichoneever got me yes. Both good. But the red extreme is best for me. I think red is silicone based and black is acrylic

@@venom7774 red is a silicone adhesive. My understanding is that silicone does not work well with oily skin.

Dylan Wesley I got my very first hair system installed at Hair Vital on 9th and Logan. I bought my hair system online first, took it in to Hair Vital, and they attached and cut it for me. They charged $100 I believe for that service. They also sell their own hair systems, which are pretty much the same thing that Curtis sells but WAY more expensive. And in fact Curtis’s hair, to me, is even better because of the hairline that he designed for his product specifically. I researched, called, and even met with several hair system salons before settling on Hair Vital to do my first install. Hair Vital is the only one I felt comfortable with. They have a very nice looking facility. Plus some of the other salons I looked into didn’t install systems that weren’t sold from them. I have another guy I go to now for my haircuts that does a wonderful job cutting hair system, but he doesn’t install it. I do the attaching and cutting it to my template myself. He learned how to cut hair systems for me specifically by watching RU-vid videos, but he’s been cutting hair for ages so he picked it up quickly. He charges $25.00. I’ll have to get the name of that salon for you because I think they changed the name recently but it’s off of 2nd and broadway.

Honestly Ive never touched the stuff. I looks to "Super Glue" to me, but im going to try it. And I honestly think its prob not going to come off the unit. Thats what scares me

@@HairExperience I saw where you remove it by waiting for your hair to grow out, then with mini scissors, you cut your bio hair ,leaving 1/8 inch growth for the next install.. If that's it, forget about it!

You’re not alone man. I have very oily skin too. I can tell you that the rubbing alcohol makes it 50 times worse so I try not to use it. The best I really get is about 5 days with glue on the hairline. I use the Walker Max Hold and Ghost Bond. I’m considering a new hairstyle so I can use tape all the way around.

@@HairExperience I get seven days on the tape. Been using ultrahold for probably eight months. Just tried Super tape again and it gave me a bit of a rash... not every where the tape was but two 1-inch spots

Our systems are a variable density throughout the unit. So its not one static number

Hey, im sorry but I have no idea. I would call the manufacturer of the product and get set up with them as a retailer if your a salon / stylist etc. I understand its expensive but we do not offer the 5 ounce bottles

It just has to be a joke, I hope. Yeah I'm gonna buy the 1.3 oz from your company. How long would a 1.3 oz last if I'm planning on taping the back and sides and just gluing the front hairline?

@@SykesMate It should last a good long while if your only doing the hairline. Like 6 months if applied correctly. I def wouldnt buy the 5 oz bottle. Im not an expert on the shelf life but the possibility of it drying up over that long could be there for sure !

I will be able to get multiple cuts out of 1 unit so I am worried that after the first initial one will the hairs be going from nose to spine in the correct direction? please advise, thank you

The big problem with hard bonds is you cannot clean and reuse the piece. It's going to make it a one time use.
