Difference Between Making Money and Making LOTS of Money 

Thanks for the advice George. I’m 6 years in on a tree service business but wish I would have thought about scalability when I started. Still enjoy the work but last year was thinking about starting a tree stand manufacturing business. This vid may push me over the edge.

Focus!!! Lol. I don't call it adhd, it's just obsession. Anyway, I have learned a lot from you through the years and glad you are back. I am at a crossroad in my business. I got burned out a few years ago with mowing and people....mostly people lol. I've had people running my business until this year. I now operate solo and make good money. I'm on the fence of hiring again and trying to expand or just sell. I would like to speak with you in person someday to show you where I park my money. Thanks again George

Why this new venture instead of the landscaping? I thought you were killing it with the landscaping?

Also, it's not TOTALLY passive is it? Don't you have to monitor your managers?
